PAC Track Athlete of the Week
Cayla Lawrence • Grove City • Junior • Mendon, N.Y./Honeoye Falls-Lima
Lawrence won the 800 Friday night at Allegheny's Marty Goldberg Gator Invitational with a time of 2:16.86 seconds, the fourth-best time in the PAC this spring ... She also helped the 1,600 relay post a winning time of 4:01.36, the third-best time in program history and the fastest in the conference this year.

Shelby Rambo • Westminster • Senior • East Palestine, Ohio/Crestview
Rambo won the shot put with a season-best throw of 13.36 meters/42-10 at Allegheny's Marty Goldberg Gator Invitational ... It's the top throw in the PAC this season, ranks No. 3 in the Mid-Atlantic Region and is tied for No. 23 in Division III ... She was also third in the discus (43.31m/142-1) and seventh in the javelin (32.83m/107-9).

Vadas was second in the discus with personal-best throw of 44.23 meters/145-1 at Allegheny's Marty Goldberg Gator Invitational ... It's the top throw in the PAC in 2026, ranks No. 3 in the Mid-Atlantic Region and No. 22 in Division III.

PAC Records & Milestones
Allegheny's 4x100 relay of Mariah Helvy-Bruce, Aubryanna Snyder (Aliquippa, Pa./Hopewell), Renee Tetlow, and Evie Ellenberger set a new school record at the Gators' Marty Goldberg Invitational with a time of 48.33 seconds, which is also tops in the PAC this year. In addition to her performance in the relay, Ellenberger was the runner-up in the long jump (5.67m/18-7.25), the top jump in the PAC this spring ... Hiram's Sam Volpe won the discus with a mark of 43.02m/141-2 at the Mount Union Classic, which set a new program record ... The 2026 PAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships are scheduled for this Thursday-Friday, April 30-May 1 at the Track & Field Complex at Mylan Park in Morgantown, W.Va. ...
