The weekly award winners have been recognized for their performances during Week 6 of the 2026 season.

PAC Track Athlete of the Week
Sarah Schneider • Washington & Jefferson • Senior • Warren, Ohio/Lordstown
Schneider led the Presidents' efforts at the Baldwin Wallace Sparky Adams Invitational ... Schneider's best event came in the 100-meter hurdles, finishing second with a personal-best time of 15.00, which was adjusted to 14.91 seconds ... That ranks first in the conference and fourth in the Mid-Atlantic Region.

PAC Field Athlete of the Week

Daphne Alexander • Geneva • Junior • Millersburg, Ohio/West Holmes
Alexander continued her incredible outdoor season by breaking her school record in the high jump yet again, clearing 1.70 meters/5-7 at the Baldwin Wallace Sparky Adams Invitational this past weekend ... That mark placed her second overall at the meet, behind one athlete from Division I Akron ... It is not only the top jump in the PAC and Mid-Atlantic Region but is also tied for the sixth-best jump in all of NCAA Division III this year.

Mariah Helvy-Bruce • Allegheny • Freshman • Braddock, Pa./Woodland Hills

Helvy-Bruce turned in a personal-record performance in the 400 hurdles for the second week in a row, this time at the Slippery Rock John Papa Invitational ... She placed eighth overall out of 16 and third among D-III athletes at 1:06.96, which ranks third in the PAC so far this season.

PAC Records & Milestones

Geneva's Hailey Carroll won the 800 at the Baldwin Wallace Sparky Adams Invitational this past Saturday, tying her own school record in the event by running a 2:15.60 ... Grove City's Audrey Karwowski won the 800 Thursday at Slippery Rock's John Papa Invitational with a personal-best time of 2:15.51, which is tops in the conference this year ... Rylie Baker set a new Waynesburg record in the hammer throw at WVU's Mountaineer Showcase with a record-throwing toss of 35.06 meters/115-0 ... Westminster's Shelby Rambo has the top mark in the PAC in the shot put after she won the event at Penn State Behrend with a mark of 13.30 meters/43-7.5 and the discus after she placed fifth in the discus at Slippery Rock's John Papa Invitational, with a top throw of 43.53 meters/142-10, with both marks also ranking third in the Mid-Atlantic Region and 23rd in the nation.
