PAC Track Athlete of the Week
Claire Anderson • Washington & Jefferson • Senior • Jamestown, Pa./Jamestown
Anderson broke the W&J 5,000-meter record at the Raleigh Relays, hosted by Division I North Carolina State ... She raced her way to a time of 16:40.47, finishing first in her heat and besting W&J's long-standing outdoor 5k record, previously held by Kristen Galligan (17:07.57) from the 2013 season ... Her time is also the fastest in the PAC this season and ranks fourth in the country so far this spring.

PAC Field Athlete of the Week
Evie Ellenberger • Allegheny • Sophomore • Pittsburgh, Pa./Upper St. Clair
Ellenberger earned a pair of top-three finishes at West Liberty's Tim Weaver Invitational ... She placed second in the long jump, the only D-III athlete in the top five, at 5.62 meters/18-5.25, which ranks as the best jump in the PAC by 0.25 meters, sits third in the Great Lakes Region and ninth in the country ... Ellenberger also placed third in the triple jump behind two D-II athletes with a mark of 10.60/34-9.5, which is second in the PAC and 10th in the Great Lakes Region this season.

Aubrey Rock • Westminster • Freshman • Butler, Pa./Butler
Rock earned a first-place finish in the pole vault Friday at the Carnegie Mellon Invitational ... Coming off an eighth-place, All-America finish at the Division III Indoor Championships on March 19, Rock cleared 3.86m/12-8 to top the 21-competitor field ... The mark not only tops the PAC and Mid-Atlantic Region this spring but also ranks No. 4 in Division III this season.

Geneva's Hailey Carroll set a new program record in the 1,500 at the Carnegie Mellon Invitational, placing second in 4:38.55, which broke the previous Geneva record by seven seconds ... Also setting a new Geneva record was Allison Standish, who placed third in the hammer throw behind two D-I competitors with a PAC-leading mark of 48.15m/158-0, which broke her own school record by nearly five meters ... Grove City's Kiara White finished fifth in the 100 (12.52) and helped the 4x400 relay take second (4:05.63), with both times now first on the PAC Performance List ... Sam Volpe won the shot put with a Hiram-record throw of 12.58m/41-3.25 and also beat the program record in the hammer throw (41.19m/135-2) to take third place at Oberlin's Bob Kahn Invitational ... Grace Neubert set the Saint Vincent program record in the 5000 at the Carnegie Mellon Invitational, crossing in 17:22.02 for SVC to take third out of 50 runners ... Waynesburg's Adaire Settles won the 400 hurdles at the Tim Weaver Invitational, breaking the tape in 1:10.12, while Natalie Double bested 14 competitors to take first in the javelin with a PAC-leading throw of 37.66m/123-7.
