NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. (pacathletics.org) - Six Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) women's lacrosse programs, along with 34 student-athletes, were honored when the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) released its 2025 Division III Academic Honor Roll and Academic Honor Squad lists.

The IWLCA named 376 programs across Division I, II, III, and NAIA as Academic Honor Squads for the 2024-25 academic year. To qualify for this prestigious honor, the women’s lacrosse team must have posted a 3.2 or higher team GPA for the academic year.

Featured among the programs to make the Academic Honor Squad list was Allegheny College, who has earned Academic Honor Roll Squad distinction every year the IWLCA has given the honor since 2009. Also adding to a long list of Academic Honor Squad distinctions was Franciscan University, who earned it for the 10th time, and Washington & Jefferson College, who made it for the ninth year. Rounding out the PAC programs garnering Honor Squad laurels was Saint Vincent College (fourth time), Westminster College (third) and Chatham University (second).

Additionally, the association honored 1,284 student-athletes from 202 different institutions on the 2025 IWLCA Division III Academic Honor Roll. To be eligible for this honor, student-athletes must be a junior, senior, or graduate student and have earned a cumulative academic GPA of 3.50 or greater.

The 34 PAC student-athletes earning Academic Honor Roll recognition equaled the conference-high for making the Honor Roll, matching last year's total. Bethany College paced the PAC contingent with eight, followed by Saint Vincent with six and Allegheny and Chatham had five earn the honor. Also represented on the Honor Roll was Franciscan and W&J with four apiece and Grove City College and Westminster with one each.
