GROVE CITY, Pa. (pacathletics.org) - With a 6-0 victory over top-seeded Grove City College in the third game on Friday, Westminster College advanced to the championship game of the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Softball Tournament, which is being hosted by Grove City.

Every game of the 2025 PAC Softball Tournament will once again be live streamed by our friends at the PAC Sports Network. To access the broadcasts, just click the link above.

With the win, the defending champion Titans will await to see who emerges from the loser's bracket to play in Game J Saturday afternoon at 2 pm. Weather forced Friday's final contest, an elimination game between Geneva College and Thiel College to be pushed to Saturday at 10 am. The winner of that game will take on Grove City at 12 pm, with that winner to take on Westminster at 2 pm. The If Necessary game would be played at 4 pm.

Game E - No. 3 Geneva 6, No. 4 Allegheny 3
Molley Shelley, Lexi Zanic and Madison Rapp all collected two hits each and Rapp knocked in a pair to lead Geneva (29-12) to a 6-3 victory over fourth-seeded Allegheny (23-16) in the first elimination game of the day. The Golden Tornadoes used three first-inning runs to take the lead and added a pair in the fifth to build a 6-2 lead. The Gators scored one in the seventh and loaded the bases with one out, but Sophia Tvaroch came in to pitch and earned a save with a fielder's choice and a pop up to keep Geneva in the Tournament. In addition to her two hits, Zanic also scored twice, as did Julia Hart. Earning the win in the circle was McKenzie Rapp, who struck out one in 6.1 innings and gave up three runs on eight hits.

Game F - No. 6 Thiel 10, No. 5 Bethany 2
Thiel stayed alive in the Tournament with a convincing win over Bethany (26-13-1). The Tomcats (18-17) used four runs in the third inning and three more in the fourth to build an 8-0 lead before the Bison got on the board with a two-run single by Amber Dedmon. Thiel closed the scoring in the seventh on a two-run single by Dani Ficeti. The Tomcats pounded out 13 hits in the victory, highlighted by Kylie Heid going 3-for-4 with three RBIs and Alaina Fedder, who was 2-for-4 with a pair of RBIs. That was more than enough support for Tomcats' starter Becca Landis, who threw a complete game while giving up two runs on eight hits with three punchouts.

Game G - No. 2, Westminster 6, No. 1 Grove City 0
After taking a 1-0 lead in the first inning, Westminster (27-11) scored at least one run in each of the last four innings to pull away for a 6-0 victory over Grove City (25-12). Titan pitcher Cheyenne Piper tossed her second shutout of the Tournament, blanking the Wolverines on two hits while striking out four and walking just one in seven innings. Six different Westminster batters drove in runs, led by Lily Jordan, who was 3-for-4 with a double, while Mia Meholick had a pair of singles, scored twice and knocked in one.

The winner of this year's championship tournament title will secure the PAC's automatic qualifying bid to the Division III Softball Championship, with teams and regional site selections announced on Monday, May 12. Regional round play is scheduled for Thursday-Saturday, May 15-17 and the Super Regionals will be played Thursday-Friday, May 22-23.
