The weekly award winners have been recognized for their performances during Week 6 of the 2025 season.
PAC Offensive Player of the Week
Zach Melin • Thiel • Senior attack • Chardon, Ohio/Chardon
Melin became the 11th Tomcat to eclipse 100 career points as he set new career highs in goals (10), assists (three) and points (13) to lead Thiel past La Roche 25-9 Saturday for the Tomcats' first win of the season ... He scored six goals in the first half to push the Tomcats to a 14-2 halftime lead and added his final four goals in the third quarter ... Melin's marks in goals and points are the most by a PAC player in a game this season ... They are also both the second most in a game in program history.

PAC Defensive Player of the Week
Nolan Grieshaber • Westminster • Freshman goalie • Rocklin, Calif./Rocklin
Grieshaber was credited with a career-high 20 saves and three ground balls in Saturday's 11-10 triple overtime victory at Manhattanville ... After making seven saves in the third quarter, Grieshaber made four stops in the fourth, including a save with four seconds left to send the game in overtime ... He turned aside another shot early in the opening OT period, the only save he needed to make in overtime.

PAC Specialist of the Week
Austin Parker • Thiel • Junior midfielder/faceoff specialist • Titusville, Pa./Maplewood
Parker won a program-record 29 faceoffs and corralled a career-high 20 ground balls, which is the most in a game by a PAC player this season and is tied for the second most in a game in team history, in Thiel's 25-9 victory over La Roche Saturday ... In addition to winning 76 percent of his faceoffs (29-of-38), Parker also logged the first two goals of his career in the dominant win ... Parker has won at least 11 faceoffs in each of Thiel's last four games.

PAC Newcomer of the Week
Liam Rooney • Chatham • Freshman attack • Macungie, Pa./Emmaus
Rooney scored his first career hat trick in helping Chatham knock off previously undefeated Hood, 19-14 ... Rooney scored the opening goal just 1:58 into the game and added another goal later in the first quarter as the Cougars built an 8-4 lead after one period ... His final goal came in a 4-0 run in the third quarter, which helped Chatham take their largest lead of the game at 15-7.

PAC Records & Milestones
With an assist in the second quarter of Bethany's 15-9 win at Pitt-Bradford Saturday, Tyler Britton became the program's all-time leading scorer and he finished with four goals and four assists in the win ... Tanner Marsh broke the Chatham single-game record assist record with six and tied the single-game point record with 10 in leading the Cougars to the win at Hood ... Franciscan's Joseph James tied his career-high with nine goals and added one assist, while James Masso made 17 saves in the Barons' 22-10 win at Anderson ... Zachary Hougan fired in six goals and added two assists Saturday in Grove City's 14-13 setback at regional power York (Pa.) ... Saint Vincent's Isaiah Francis set career-highs with seven ground balls and three caused turnovers in the Bearcats' victory over Muskingum ... Among the slew of milestones Thiel players had in their win over La Roche was Quentin Cato scoring the first two goals of his career and adding an assist for a career-best three points ... W&J's Stephen Moschetta stopped a career-high 21 shots in a 12-5 victory at Earlham ... Westminster's Kyler Nigliazzo capped off his first career three-point game with the game-winning goal in the third overtime as the Titans edged Manhattanville 11-10.
