PAC Offensive Player of the Week Skylar Garlick • Thiel • Senior attack • Fort Loudon, Pa./James Buchanan Garlick helped lead Thiel to a 3-0 start by amassing 13 points last week, including three goals and 10 assists ... She started with two goals, both coming in the third quarter as the Tomcats rallied from 5-2 halftime deficit to score a 9-8 victory at Keuka ... Garlick then passed out a school-record seven assists, as Thiel rolled past Alfred State 16-3 ... The senior attacker finished her week with one goal and three more assists in a 20-9 victory over West Virginia Wesleyan ... Garlick also compiled nine draw controls, nine ground balls and seven caused turnovers during the 3-0 week. PAC Offensive Honor Roll Bethany junior attack Jada Carter (Bethlehem, Pa./Freedom); Grove City junior attack Jackie Rowell (Laurel, Md./Reservoir); W&J junior midfielder/attack Caleigh Bogats (Oakdale, Pa./Chartiers Valley); Westminster junior midfielder Michaela Neelin (Henrietta, N.Y./Rush Henrietta) PAC Defensive Player of the Week Madison Liggett • Thiel • Senior goalie • Baltimore, Md./Catholic Liggett stopped 29 shots in three wins last week while posting a goals-against average of 6.67 ... She made 11 saves in a 9-8 win over Keuka, including seven in the second half to help Thiel rally from a 5-2 halftime deficit ... Liggett then stopped nine shots in victories over Alfred State and West Virginia Wesleyan ... Also during the week, she broke the school record for saves in a career, surpassing the previous mark of 346, as she now has 374. PAC Defensive Honor Roll Chatham sophomore goalie Meghan Cuza-Berry (Gambrillis, Md./Arundel); Grove City senior midfielder Amber Wartman (Ellicott City, Md./Mount Hebron); W&J senior midfielder Ella Holland (Healdsburg, Calif./Cardinal Newman) PAC Midfielder of the Week Ashlyn Wightman • Thiel • Senior • Pittsburgh, Pa./Shaler Wightman had an exceptional start to the season with 27 goals and 31 points, as well as 20 draw controls and 13 ground balls, in three victories ... Two of her four goals in a 9-8 come-from-behind win at Keuka came in the fourth quarter, including the eventual game-winning score with 3:53 to play ... The senior also had eight ground balls and caused five turnovers in the one-goal win ... Wightman then had 11 points (9g/2a) and added nine DCs and four ground balls in a 16-3 triumph over Alfred State ... She closed her week with a record-setting performance, scoring 14 goals and totaling 15 points to set new single-game programs marks, in Saturday's 20-9 win over West Virginia Wesleyan ... With that effort, Wightman now has 300 career goals. PAC Midfielder Honor Roll Chatham sophomore Kaya Miller (Reno, Nev./Damonte Ranch); Grove City sophomore Tori Stevenson (Butler, Pa./Butler); W&J junior midfielder Mya Bolinda (Pittsburgh, Pa./North Hills) PAC Newcomer of the Week Avery Byard • Washington & Jefferson • Freshman midfielder/attack • Hagerstown, Md./North Hagerstown Byard posted her best game yet as a President in a split week with Wilson and Ohio Wesleyan ... Byard averaged 2.5 goals, 3.5 draw controls and one ground ball per game on the week ... Byard broke out offensively against the Phoenix, dropping her first collegiate hat trick with four goals and also snagged five draw controls and dished one assist ... Against OWU, Byard netted one of the eight goals scored on two shots while adding in a pair of draw controls. PAC Newcomer Honor Roll Allegheny freshman midfielder Erin Lowthert (Lewisburg, Pa./Lewisburg Area); Chatham freshman midfielder Tessa Heuber (Cape May, N.J./Lower Cape May Regional); Grove City sophomore midfielder Jess Robinette (Mohnton, Pa./Twin Valley); Saint Vincent freshman midfielder Katie Smith (Pittsburgh, Pa./Oakland Catholic); Thiel freshman midfielder Jade Mazzoni (New Alexandria, Pa./Greensburg Salem); Westminster freshman midfielder Ava Kessler (White Oak, Pa./Norwin) PAC Records & Milestones Jada Carter struck for five goals to lead Bethany to an 18-3 victory over Ursuline ... Chatham's Tessa Heuber scored four times, the first goals of her college career, in a narrow 7-6 setback against Bridgewater ... In Grove City's match-up with the No. 1-ranked team in NAIA SCAD-Savannah, Tori Stevenson scored three goals, assisted on one and picked up three ground balls ... W&J's Mya Bolinda scored a career-high six goals in the 19-5 victory over Wilson ... Westminster's Michaela Neelin had four goals against Ohio Northern, her first four-point game as a Titan.
