The weekly award winners have been recognized for their performances during Week 4 of the 2024 season.
 
PAC Track Athlete of the Week
Anthony Cestaro III • Washington & Jefferson • Sophomore • Memphis, Tenn./Christian Brothers
Cestaro III posted strong performances in both the 100 and 200 Saturday at the Dave Labor Invitational at Slippery Rock ... Cestaro III finished second in the 200 at 21.85 and third in the 100 at 10.92 and was the top Division III runner in the events ... Both times are personal bests that rank Cestaro III first in the PAC this season.

PAC Field Athlete of the Week
Ryan Lenhart • Grove City • Junior • New Castle, Pa./Shenango
Lenhart took second in the discus at Slippery Rock with a throw of 154 feet, 7 inches (47.11m), the top effort by a PAC thrower this spring ... He also took seventh in the shot put with a best mark of 48-2.25 (14.70m) ... That placed second among Division III throwers, trailing only senior teammate Nick Gustafson.

PAC Newcomer of the Week
Justin Knox • Chatham • Freshman • Cambridge, Md./Cambridge South Dorchester
At the Dave Labor Invitational, Knox broke school records in the 200 (22.41) and 400 (50.70) ... His time in the 400 placed him fourth in the meet and both times rank him fifth on the PAC Performance List this spring ... Knox also helped the 4x400 relay team place seventh with a time of 3:35.78, the second-best time in the PAC this season.

PAC Records & Milestones
Geneva junior Kevin Arseneaux won the 1500 at the Slippery Rock Dave Labor Invitational, finishing in a time of 3:58.77, tops in the PAC this spring ... Geneva graduate student Jack Garvin took first in the high jump at the Slippery Rock Dave Labor Invitational on Saturday, clearing 1.93m/6-4 ... Grove City sophomore Alex Mitchell won the 400 Saturday at Slippery Rock with a time of 48.94 seconds, the fastest by a PAC runner this season ... At the Slippery Rock Invitational, Saint Vincent senior Tim Patterson placed first in a 32-runner field in the 5,000 with a time of 15:05.06 ... Thiel senior Matt Beuermann finished second in the 5000 at the Slippery Rock Invitational with a time of 15:09.73, which broke the previous school record that had stood since 2012 ... W&J senior Nate Sciarro turned in another winning performance in the long jump Saturday at Slippery Rock, leaping to a mark of 6.89m/22-7.25 to win the event for the second-straight week.
