TRAFFORD, Pa. (pacathletics.org) - The College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) honored 10 Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) swimming and diving programs and four Grove City College men's swimmers with Scholar All-America distinction following the Spring 2026 semester.
The four individuals recognized from Grove City include recent graduate Caleb Einolf (Quakertown, Pa./Quakertown), rising senior Owen Hancock (Brunswick, Ohio/Westside Christian), rising senior Bryce Pope (Wilmington, Del./Delaware Valley Classical) and rising sophomore George Witte (Columbia, S.C./Columbia Classical Christian), who all earned First Team Scholar All-America.
First Team Scholar All-America honorees earned a grade-point average of 3.50 or higher and participated in the NCAA Division III Championships. Einolf, Hancock, Pope and Witte all earned All-America distinction at the 2026 NCAA Division III Championships, held March 18-21 in Indianapolis.
Einolf earned All-America status by finishing eighth nationally in the 100 breaststroke and ninth in the 100 butterfly. Hancock took sixth in the 100 fly at the NCAA Championships. That duo joined Pope and Witte on Grove City's All-American performances in the 200 and 400 medley relays. The Grove City foursome took 11th in the 200 medley relay and added a 15th-place finish in the 400 medley relay in Indianapolis.
Five PAC schools saw both their men's and women's programs named Scholar All-America Teams, presented by Fitter & Faster Swim Camps. Those programs honored included Allegheny College, Chatham University, Grove City, Saint Vincent College and Washington & Jefferson College.
In order to be recognized, teams must have achieved a GPA of 3.0 or higher during the Spring 2026 semester. The CSCAA recognized 716 teams from 419 institutions nationwide to the Scholar All-America Team.
Chatham had the highest team GPA among PAC schools for the women and Allegheny's men topped PAC men's programs. With a team GPA of 3.59, Allegheny ranked 31st, while Chatham (3.57) tied for 33rd among the 140 Division III men's programs. Chatham also tied for 51st out of the 159 DIII women's teams with a 3.63 team GPA.
