TRAFFORD, Pa. (pacathletics.org) - The 2026 NCAA Division III Swimming & Diving Championships get underway Wednesday from the IU Natatorium on the campus of IUPUI in Indianapolis, Indiana, and five men's swimmers from the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) will be competing for All-America honors.
The championships, which will be hosted by Franklin College and the Indiana Sports Corp, will run from Wednesday, March 18 through Saturday, March 21.
Two swimmers, Saint Vincent College senior Jacob Dzurica (Greensburg, Pa./Hempfield) and Grove City College senior Caleb Einolf (Quakertown, Pa./Quakertown), are making their second consecutive championship appearance. Einolf is joined this year by three Wolverine teammates: junior Owen Hancock (Brunswick, Ohio/Westside Christian), junior Bryce Pope (Wilmington, Del./Delaware Valley Classical) and freshman George Witte (Columbia, S.C./Covenant Classical Christian), who are swimming at their first NCAA meet.
Dzurica is back after earning a pair of All-America honors in 2025. He finished eighth in the 50 free finals to collect First Team All-America status and placed 16th in the 100 free for Second Team distinction.
Dzurica will compete again in those events this week. He is the fourth seed in the 50 free after posting a time of 19.72 seconds in the event's prelims at PAC Championships. Dzurica also qualified in the 100 free, where he is the 11th seed with a qualifying time of 43.96 and he will also compete in the 100 back
Einolf will make his second appearance at the NCAA Championships after earning Division III All-America honors in the 100 breaststroke and 100 butterfly in 2025. He finished sixth in the 100 breaststroke last season to garner First Team All-America status and earned Second Team status by placing 13th overall in the 100 fly.
This year, Einolf is ranked second in the 100 breaststroke with a season-best time of 52.79 seconds. Einolf also qualified for the national championship in the 100 butterfly with a best time this year of 47.63 seconds. That time ranks 12th nationally.
Einolf will also compete in the 50 free. He owns the nation's No. 17 time in that event, 20.05 seconds.
Hancock will also compete in individual events at NCAAs. He qualified in the 100 fly as his season-best time of 47.52 seconds ranks ninth in Division III. He also surpassed the provisional qualifying standard in the 100 back with a time of 48.85 seconds and will be seeded 23rd in that event. Hancock will additionally compete in the 100 free (47.39).
Grove City's 200 medley relay earned the 14th seed in the national championships with a season-best time of 1:28.04. The Grove City foursome of Einolf, Hancock, Pope and Witte will also compete in the 400 medley relay, the 200 free relay and the 400 free relay at the national meet. Grove City is seeded 19th in the 400 medley relay (3:16.24).
The 200 free relay enters the meet ranked 22nd with a time of 1:21.24 while the 400 free relay owns the 26th-best time of 3:01.43.
Dzurica and Einolf will compete in the 50 free on March 18, with the 400 medley relay as the final event that night. The next day, Hancock and Einolf will both swim in the 100 fly. The 200 free relay will be March 19's final event.
The 200 medley relay will open Friday's competition on March 20. Hancock and Dzurica will compete in the 100 backstroke and Einolf will swim the 100 breaststroke that day. The final day of the four-day Championships will feature Dzurica and Hancock in the 100 free. The 400 free relay will close the meet.
