PAC Track Athlete of the Week
Abe Konneh • Geneva • Sophomore • Sharon Hill, Pa./Chester Charter Scholars Academy
Konneh had a huge day at the Slippery Rock Dave Labor Invitational on Saturday ... He won the 200 with a school-record time of 20.98 seconds, which is the fourth-fastest time in Division III this year ... Konneh placed second in the 100 with a time of 10.49 seconds, which tied the Geneva school record, put him at the top of the PAC Performance List this season and is the 15th fastest time in Division III ... In addition, he ran the anchor leg on the 4x100m relay team that finished second overall with a time of 41.70 seconds, the fastest time in the PAC and third-best in the Mid-Atlantic Region this season.

PAC Field Athlete of the Week
Tucker Marmash • Hiram • Senior • Akron, Ohio/Mogadore
Marmash dominated the long jump on Saturday at Ohio Wesleyan's Marv Frye Invite, winning the event by more than a foot ... Marmash jumped a mark of 7.19 meters/23-7.25 in that event, which is tops in the PAC this spring, ranks third in the Great Lakes Region and tied for sixth in the nation.

Burnett finished with a seventh-place mark in the javelin throw with a top throw of 54.37 meters (178' 5") at Slippery Rock's Dave Labor Invitational ... This mark is currently the top toss in the conference this season by nearly five feet and is eighth in the Mid-Atlantic Region.

Allegheny's Jordan Anderson shaved more than three seconds off his 400-meter hurdle PR time when he clocked in at 56.15 seconds, fastest in the PAC this spring, to take fourth overall at Slippery Rock's Dave Labor Invitational ... At the Wooster Invitational, Bethany's Jason Ellman placed second in the 200 with a time of 21.47 and third in the 100 finals by clocking a 10.73, with both times ranking second in the PAC this year ... Grove City's Colsen Frank won the 5000 at Slippery Rock by posting a time of 15:42.70 ... Nathan Feltner ran a Hiram-record time of 48.65 to win the 400 Saturday at Ohio Wesleyan's Marv Frye Invite, which broke a 54-year old program record in that event, last held by Ulpian Toney in 1971 (48.94) ... Hiram's Aidan Shiels also came out victorious in the 800 at the Marv Frye Invite with a conference-leading time of 1:54.96 ... Thiel's Aamiir Shaw posted the fastest times ever by a Tomcat freshman and second-best in program history in the 100 (10.74) and 200 (21.91) Saturday at the Dave Labor Invitational ... W&J's Tavan Schoenberger finished fourth in the triple jump at Slippery Rock with a top leap of 13.62m/44-8.25, a mark that is the best in the conference this season, and Jacob Derry earned a first-place finish in the 10,000-meter run with a time of 32:44.65 ... Westminster's Rylan Dye set a new program record in the high jump Saturday at the Dave Labor Invitational when he cleared 2.05m/6-8.75 to top the 39-competitor field and that mark is currently No. 1 in the Mid-Atlantic Region and tied for eighth-best in Division III.
