The weekly award winners have been recognized for their performances during Week 5 of the 2026 season.

PAC Track Athlete of the Week

Joseph Rohde • Franciscan • Graduate Student • Steubenville, Ohio/Steubenville Catholic Central
Rohde broke the Franciscan program record with a time of 47.81 in the 400 at the Bucknell Bison Outdoor Classic, which placed him first in a field of 70 runners from Division I, II and III programs ... That is currently the top time in the PAC, seventh in the Great Lakes Region and 19th in the nation.

PAC Field Athlete of the Week
Jalen Britton • Bethany • Junior • Fort Lee, Va./Prince George
Britton won the discus at Mount Union's John Homon Open out of 46 athletes, including 18 NCAA Division II athletes, by throwing 48.61 meters/159-6 to set a new program record, which had stood for 30 years ... His throw is first in the conference this spring, second in the Mid-Atlantic Region and 27th in the country.

PAC Newcomer of the Week

Jason Ellman • Bethany • Freshman • Erie, Pa./Mercyhurst Prep
Ellman finished third in both the long jump and 200 at the Mount Union John Homon Open ... He jumped a 7.17 meters/23-6.25 in the long jump to finish third out of 29 jumpers, a mark that is second in the PAC, first in the Mid-Atlantic Region and tied for 16th in the country ... Out of 68 sprinters, Ellman ran the 200 in a time of 21.63 to take home third in that event as well.

PAC Records & Milestones

Geneva's Matt Otto ran one of the best races of his young career on Saturday at Bucknell's Bison Outdoor Classic, completing the 10K race in 31:26.00, which broke a school record that had stood for 13 years ... Isaac Nirella was another one of Geneva's four record-breakers on Saturday, clearing 4.67m/15-3.75 in the pole vault at the Westminster Invitational to set a new program-best mark ... Aiden Shiels broke a 52-year old Hiram school record Saturday at the Bison Classic, finishing with a personal best time of 1:53.30 in the 800, which tops the PAC Performance List and ranks third in the Great Lakes Region ... W&J's Nick DeSanto jumped to a third-place finish in the high jump at the Westminster Invitational, posting a height of 1.96m/6-5 to break the school record in the event ... Waynesburg's Jacob Harker won the 30-man shot put at Saturday's Westminster Invitational with a school-record heave of 15.34m/50-4.
