Women
Grove City is the defending PAC champion after totaling 157 points over the two-day championship meet to finish in front of runner-up Allegheny, who scored 138 points, while Westminster finished third (131) and Chatham placed fourth (74.5). Following last year's Championship performance, Grove City head coach Jessica Ray was named the PAC Women's Coach of the Year.
Geneva earned the top spot in the pre-championships coaches poll, collecting 10 first-place votes and 119 points, while Grove City (108 points, one first-place vote) and Westminster (101 points) ranked second and third, respectively. Coming in fourth was Washington & Jefferson with 87 points and the final first-place vote, followed by Allegheny with 79 amd Hiram with 70. Waynesburg claimed seventh with 61 points, then Saint Vincent (58), Franciscan (41), Bethany (27), Chatham (22) and Thiel (19).
The only award winner back to compete this year is Grove City sophomore Kiara White, who was last season's PAC Newcomer of the Year. She was the winner in the 200 in 25.49 seconds, took second in the 100 (12.56) and ran on the victorious 400 (48.94) and 1600 (3:58.08) relays.
There may be limited repeats in individual event champions this year with only five winners back to compete this weekend. White is the lone returner who is the top seed in her championship event (200) this spring, although Westminster senior Shelby Rambo won the discus in 2025, but is this year's top seed in the shot put.
In addition to White and Rambo, others aiming to repeat as PAC champions are Grove City sophomore Nadine Lauffer in the 400, Waynesburg senior Grace Tanksley in the 10,000 and W&J junior Katie Kovalchick in the javelin.
Men
Winning their third straight PAC title last year and 22nd overall as a program was Grove City, as the Wolverines posted 157 team points to finish in front of second-place Allegheny, who scored 117.5 points, and W&J, who was third with 102 points. After the sweep of the titles, Grove City's Ray also doubled up on the honors with the PAC Men's Coach of the Year award.
Similar to the women, the men's winners on the podium this year could be very different from a season ago. Only six individual event champions are competing in this year's Championship, with two of those coming into the weekend as the top seed. They include W&J junior Dom Flitcraft in the 10,000 and Waynesburg junior Jacob Harker in the shot put.
The other returning winners from last year are Grove City senior Alex Mitchell in the 400; Westminster junior Isaiah Dale in the 400 hurdles; Geneva graduate student Jack Garvin in the high jump and Allegheny junior Grant Miller in the pole vault.
This year's Men's Pre-Championships Coaches' Poll has Geneva as the favorite, as the Golden Tornadoes gathered 10 first-place votes and 119 points. Coming in second with the other two top votes and 112 points was Grove City, while Westminster was picked third with 100 points, W&J tallied 84 for fourth place and Hiram's 80 points placed them in fifth place. Allegheny was sixth with 70 points, followed by Bethany with 63 and Saint Vincent with 56. Franciscan (45), Waynesburg (31), Thiel (18) and Chatham (14) rounded out the poll.
This year's top seeds are listed below and can also be viewed on the PAC Performance List.
Built in 2018 and officially opened in 2019, the Track & Field Complex at Mylan Park features an eight-lane competition track with a Mondo running surface. The complex also features areas for long jump, triple jump, high jump and a fully enclosed grass infield for hammer, discus and javelin throw. It is the home of the West Virginia University (WVU) track and field and cross country teams.
