The weekly award winners have been recognized for their performances during Week 5 of the 2025-26 season.
PAC Track Athlete of the Week
Claire Anderson • Washington & Jefferson • Senior • Jamestown, Pa./Jamestown
For the second consecutive season, Anderson broke a W&J indoor track & field record at the annual Sykes & Sabock Challenge hosted by Division I Penn State University ... Anderson shattered her previous record in the 3,000 with a time of 9:41.89 to finish second, bested only by a runner from Division I West Virginia University ... Her record-breaking time erased nearly 22 seconds from her previous standard and is currently the ninth fastest time in the country this season.

PAC Field Athlete of the Week
Shelby Rambo • Westminster • Senior • East Palestine, Ohio/Crestview
Rambo won the shot put at Susquehanna's River Hawk Friday Night Showdown, topping the 41-competitor field with a mark of 12.29 meters (40-4) on her fifth throw ... She also registered a fourth-place finish in the weight throw (13.26m/43-6).

PAC Newcomer of the Week
Zoe Puhala • Westminster • Freshman • Brockway, Pa./Brockway
Puhala was the runner-up in the 800 with a time of 2:29.42 at Susquehanna's River Hawk Friday Night Showdown ... She also ran the second leg of the Titans' 4x400-meter 'A' relay, which finished in second place with a time of 4:28.02 ... Her adjusted time in the 800 (2:27.82) ranks eighth in the PAC.

PAC Records & Milestones
Allegheny's Aubryanna Snyder won the triple jump at Oberlin's Dan Kinsey Invitational with a mark of 10.25m/33-7.5 ... Franciscan's Lauren Dosch posted the fastest 800 time in the PAC this year when she crossed in 2:18.57 at the Doug Raymond Invitational at Kent State Saturday ... Grove City's Kiara White finished 23rd in the 200 with a time of 25.74 seconds, best among Division III sprinters, at Saturday's Sykes & Sabock Challenge at Penn State, the fastest in the PAC and fourth-best in the Mid-Atlantic Region ... Hiram's Trezure Bates won the 60 hurdles Friday at Oberlin's Dan Kinsey Invite, recording a time of 9.53, which is also the top time in the PAC this winter ... Waynesburg's Ella Rishell placed third in the 400 at Denison's Bob Shannon Invitational with a time of 1:02.00, placing her second in program history in the event.
