Week 7 PAC Honors (for events between February 16-22)
The weekly award winners have been recognized for their performances during Week 7 of the 2025-26 season.
PAC Track Athlete of the Week
Hailey Carroll • Geneva • Senior • Bremerton, Wash./Central Kitsap
Carroll broke yet another record this past Friday at the Penn State Tune-Up, finishing the mile run in 4:53.87, which not only breaks her previous school record but is also the top time in the PAC this season ... It is also the third-best time in the Mid-Atlantic Region and ranks 15th across all of NCAA Division III ... Her mark earned her fifth place overall in the event, behind four Division I runners from Penn State and West Virginia ... She continues to hold the top PAC time in both the mile and the 800.

PAC Field Athlete of the Week
Angelina Weems • Hiram • Freshman • Warren, Ohio/Howland
Weems won the weight throw at the Mount Union Tuneup on Friday, posting a new personal best and new Hiram indoor record mark of 15.37m/50-5.25 ... That mark also has a commanding lead for the best in the PAC this indoor season by more than two feet.

PAC Newcomer of the Week
Mariah Helvy-Bruce • Allegheny • Freshman • Braddock, Pa./Woodland Hills
Helvy-Bruce earned PRs in both the 60- and 200-meter races at the Penn State Tune-Up ... She placed 20th overall in the 200 and was fifth among freshmen in the race, but her time of 26.84 seconds ranks fourth in the PAC ... Helvy-Bruce also finished 20th in the 60 and sixth among first-year runners with her career-best time of 8.27 seconds.

PAC Records & Milestones
At the Penn State Tune-Up, Allegheny's Evie Ellenberger ran the 60-meter dash in 7.99 seconds, her first-ever sub-eight-second performance, a time that ranks second in the PAC ... In addition to winning the 60 (8.14) and 200 (27.0) at the PAC Warren G. Harding Tune-up, Grove City's Nadine Lauffer helped the winning 1,600-meter relay team post a PAC-leading time of 4:03.89 (converted) ... Hiram's Trezure Bates won the 60 hurdles at the PAC Warren G. Harding Tune-Up Saturday, posting a program-record time of 9.29 in both prelims and finals to place first in the field and remain first in the PAC this year. Her first-year teammate, Mikayla Palmer, set a new Hiram-program record in the 60-meter dash prelims with a time of 8.31 seconds ... Grace Neubert raced a Saint Vincent-record time of 4:59.45 in the mile run at the Penn State Tune-Up ... W&J's Sarah Schneider won the 60 hurdles (9.79) at Muskingum's Muskie Meet #4 ... Running the first two legs on Westminster's 4x400 relay was Jenna Zendron and Natalie Weiland, who helped the Titans finish with a time of 4:14.45 (4:11.12 converted), which is second in the PAC this year and seventh in the Mid-Atlantic Region ... The 2026 PAC Indoor Track & Field Championships are scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 26th, and will be held at Youngstown State's Watson and Tressel Training Site (WATTS) ...
