PAC Track Athlete of the Week
Alex Mitchell • Grove City • Senior • Hummelstown, Pa./Harrisburg Christian
Mitchell earned seventh overall in the 400 at Penn State's Sykes & Sabock Challenge, recording a time of 48.34 seconds ... He finished as the top Division III entrant in the event and was the only non-Division I runner in the top seven ... Mitchell continues to lower his PAC- and Mid-Atlantic Region time and also ranks 21st in the country.

Anderson set two PRs while winning the shot put and placing second in the weight throw at Oberlin's Dan Kinsey Invite ... His heave of 15.73m/51-7.25 in the weight throw took second on Saturday and is the top throw in the PAC this season ... Anderson finished first out of 17 competitors in the shot put with a winning mark of 13.98m/45-10.5, which ranks third this year in the PAC.

Wyatt Stroup • Washington & Jefferson • Freshman • Port Royal, Pa./Juniata
Stroup raced his way to a personal-best finish in the mile run with a time of 4:23.68 at Penn State's Sykes & Sabock Challenge ... He finished 15th overall as the only DIII competitor in the 20-runner field ... Stroup's time is currently the fastest mark in the PAC this season.

PAC Records & Milestones
Allegheny's Austin Stewart won the 200 at Oberlin's Dan Kinsey Invite with a season-best time of 22.82 seconds ... Running the 800 for the first time since the 2021-22 season, Franciscan's Joseph Rohde finished in 1:59.83 at Kent State's Doug Raymond Invitational, sixth-best in the PAC this year ... DeAco Curry set the new Hiram indoor record in the 800 at Ashland's Jud Logan Light Giver Meet, posting a time of 1:55.66, which was 11th overall, third among DIII runners and the time is first in the PAC this season ... Dominic Flitcraft led W&J at Penn State's Sykes & Sabock Challenge, racing to a sixth-place finish in the 3,000 with a PR time of 8:36.77, the fastest mark in the event in the conference this season ... Waynesburg's Jacob Harker placed fourth in the shot put at Denison's Bob Shannon Invitational and tied his own school record with a heave of 15.17m/49-9.25 ... Westminster's Jake Mull was fourth in the 60 hurdles with a personal-best time of 8.40 at Susquehanna's River Hawk Friday Night Showdown, a time which tops the PAC's performance list this season.
