Week 4 PAC Honors (for events between January 26-February 1)
The weekly award winners have been recognized for their performances during Week 4 of the 2025-26 season.
PAC Track Athlete of the Week
Maria Gilles • Washington & Jefferson • Senior • North Ridgeville, Ohio/Lake Ridge Academy
Gilles contributed to two W&J program records being shattered at the Youngstown State Mid-Major Invitational ... She teamed with Myleigh Mashburn, Cali LaRue and Claire Anderson for a record-breaking performance in the distance medley relay, as the unit shattered the program record by more than 25 seconds with a time of 12:22.49 to finish third overall ... That time also places the relay second in the Mid-Atlantic Region and fifth in the country ... On day two of the Invitational, Gilles raced her way to a sixth-place finish in the 800 with a W&J women's indoor record time of 2:20.14, which is also the top time in the PAC and ninth in the Region ... Gilles additionally helped the W&J 4x400 relay team take 10th with a time of 4:23.96.

Nicolas flashed on day two of the YSU Mid-Major Invitational ... The freshman highlighted the day with a personal-best jump of 1.55m/5-1 in the high jump to finish second, a mark which currently ranks in a tie for third in the conference ... Nicholas also placed 16th in the triple jump with a personal-best leap of 10.22m/33-6.50, placing her fourth in the conference this year.

Weems set the new program record and now ranks first in the PAC in the weight throw, posting a mark of 14.43m/47-4.25 at Baldwin Wallace's Taraschke Team Challenge Friday ... Weems beat the previous Hiram record (12.82m) and placed third overall in the event.

Allegheny's Renee Tetlow was the second-best D-III runner in the 400 at Youngstown State's Mid-Major Invitational, placing 20th out of 77 total finishers with a time of 1:00.86, which is the second-best in the PAC this season ... Geneva's Hailey Carroll broke her own school record in the 3000 at the Penn State National Open, taking second overall in 9:48.21, which is the top PAC time by 10 seconds, ranks second in the Mid-Atlantic Region and 15th nationally ... At the Penn State National Open, Grace Neubert set the Saint Vincent record in the 3,000, running a record-breaking time of 9:58.92 for the Bearcats and becoming the first runner in program history to run under 10 minutes in the event ... Ella Rishell led Waynesburg at Saturday's Wuske Invitational at Mount Union, finishing sixth in the 29-woman 200-meter field with a time of 27.23 seconds, second-fastest in the PAC this winter ... Westminster's Aubrey Rock won the pole vault at Mount Union's Wuske Invitational, clearing 3.73 m/12-2.75 to win the 16-competitor event.
