Week 3 PAC Honors (for events between January 19-25)
The weekly award winners have been recognized for their performances during Week 3 of the 2025-26 season.

PAC Track Athlete of the Week
Hailey Carroll • Geneva • Senior • Bremerton, Wash./Central Kitsap
Carroll shined for the second straight week, this time at the SPIRE Midwest Collegiate Open where she won the mile in a school-record time of 5:00.42 ... That mark puts her first in the PAC this season, is the fourth-best time in the Mid-Atlantic Region so far this year and ranks 22nd in the nation ... With her performances the last two weekends, Carroll now holds the top time in the conference in both the mile and 3,000-meter events.

PAC Field Athlete of the Week
Sam Volpe • Hiram • Junior • Concord, Ohio/Riverside
Volpe crushed her program record and won the shot put at the SPIRE Midwest Open Saturday, recording a mark of 12.92m/42-4.75 to beat her previous record of 12.17m from 2025 ... That mark places Volpe first in the PAC, as well as ranking fourth in the Great Lakes Region and is tied for 23rd in all of Division III.

PAC Newcomer of the Week
Miracle Hershey • Waynesburg • Freshman • Lebanon County, Pa./New Covenant Christian
Hershey was part of Waynesburg's school record-setting 4x200 relay team that won the event at the Muskie Meet #2 with a time of 1:51.21 and took first in the 60 by breaking the tape in 8.18 seconds ... Her time in the 60 ranks fifth in the PAC so far this winter ... Hershey also tied for seventh in the 200 (29.29 seconds) at Muskingum.

PAC Records & Milestones
Geneva's Allison Standish took fifth in the weight throw at Muskingum's Muskie Meet #2 with a toss of 14.34 meters/47-0.75, which is the top mark in the PAC so far this season ... Hiram's Trezure Bates finished ninth in the 60 hurdles at the SPIRE Midwest Open with a time of 9.66 seconds, which ranks first in the PAC this season ... Grace Neubert set the Saint Vincent program record in the mile run at the Muskie Meet #2, as she raced a record time of 5:04, finishing in first place in the event ... W&J's Maria Gilles highlighted her day at the Muskie Meet #2 with a first place in the 500 with a time of 1:22.46, doubling as the meet record in the event, while Sarah Schneider finished first in the long jump with a top leap of 5.08m/16-8 ... Westminster's Missy Treharne scored a first-place finish in the pole vault at the SPIRE Midwest Collegiate Open, as she cleared a career-best 3.60m/11-9.75 to top the 13-competitor leaderboard.
