PAC Track Athlete of the Week
Alex Mitchell • Grove City • Senior • Hummelstown, Pa./Harrisburg Christian
Mitchell won the 400 meters at the SPIRE Midwest Open with a time of 48.74 seconds, which bested numerous Division I and II competitors in a 46-runner field ... Already owning the top time in the PAC and Mid-Atlantic Region, Mitchell's time shaved another .10 seconds off his previous best.

PAC Field Athlete of the Week
EJ Divito • Grove City • Freshman • Pittsburgh, Pa./Eden Christian
Divito won the high jump at the SPIRE Midwest Open by clearing a Grove City-record height of 2.00m/6-6.75 ... He also took sixth overall and first among Division III entrants in the long jump with a leap of 6.61m/21-8.25 ... Divito's high jump mark ranks second in the PAC and the Mid-Atlantic Region.

PAC Newcomer of the Week
Aidan Shiels • Hiram • Freshman • Mentor, Ohio/Mentor
Shiels continued his strong first collegiate season, breaking the Hiram indoor program record in the 800 with a time of 1:57.25 at the SPIRE Midwest Open ... Shiels placed sixth in the event, trailing only runners from Division I Buffalo and Division I Canisius (as well as an unattached runner) ... His time is the fastest in the PAC this year and ranks 11th in the Great Lakes Region.

PAC Records & Milestones
Allegheny's Andre Anderson earned his first career victory by winning the weight throw at the Ohio Wesleyan Team Challenge with a distance of 14.70m/48-2.75 ... Geneva's Titus Mathews finished the 400 in 49.66 seconds at the SPIRE Midwest Open, good enough for fourth overall at the event, and second among the competing Division III runners and is the second-best time in the PAC this season and fifth in the Mid-Atlantic Region ... Grove City's Colsen Frank finished as the top Division III runner in the 3000 at SPIRE Midwest Open with a time of 8:56.12, the fastest time in the PAC this season ... At the SPIRE Midwest Open, Hiram's Kamran Walton broke a 20-year-old indoor program standard in the 400, setting a new Hiram record with a time of 51.60. Walton later was a part of the men's 4x400 relay team that also included Kyle Filkill, Aidan Shiels and DeAco Curry, which finished in second place with a new indoor program-record time of 3:31.25 ... Saint Vincent's Noah Channel won the 800 in a time of 2:00.81 at the Muskie Meet #2. ... Highlighting W&J's day at the Muskie Meet #2, Anthony Cestaro III finished first in the 200 with a meet record time of 22.53 and also won the 60 with a meet record mark of 7.03, while Nick DeSanto won the high jump with a height of 1.93m/6-4, a height that ranks third in the PAC and Mid-Atlantic Region ... Waynesburg's Ethan Wilson won the 1,000 meters at Saturday's Muskie Meet #2 with a time of 2:48.44 ... Westminster's Reed Yost was second in the pole vault at the SPIRE Midwest Open, clearing a season-high 4.50m/14-9, which is the top mark in the Mid-Atlantic Region this season.
