Week 4 PAC Honors (for events between March 31-April 6)
The weekly award winners have been recognized for their performances during Week 4 of the 2025 season.

PAC Track Athlete of the Week
Lydia Bennett • Grove City • Senior • Bethel, Maine/Gould Academy
Bennett won both the 800 and 1500 at Slippery Rock University's Dave Labor Invitational, setting Grove City records in both events ... She won the 800 in 2:15.09 seconds and then won the 1500 in 4:31.55, 10 seconds ahead of the runner-up ... Both times are tops in the PAC this season and her 1,500 time is No. 2 in the Mid-Atlantic Region and seventh in the country.

PAC Field Athlete of the Week
Angelee Bawek • Allegheny • Sophomore • Goodyear, Ariz./Estrella Foothills
Bawek placed third at the Dave Labor Invitational Saturday at Slippery Rock with a top throw of 39.31 meters/129-0 ... In addition to being the top mark in the PAC this spring, Bawek's effort ranks first in the Great Lakes Region and 21st in the nation.

PAC Newcomer of the Week
Nadine Lauffer • Grove City • Freshman • New Castle, Pa.
Lauffer took eighth in the 400 hurdles with a time of 1:06.72, the No. 3 mark in program history ... She finished as the top Division III entrant in the 400 hurdles at the meet and her time is first in the PAC and seventh in the Mid-Atlantic Region ... Lauffer also helped the 4x100 relay take fourth with a time of 49.99 seconds, which also ranks third in program annals ... Additionally, Lauffer finished as the No. 2 Division III sprinter (20th) overall in the 100 with a time of 12.86 seconds, which ranks her third in the PAC this spring.

PAC Records & Milestones
In addition to placing fourth in the 1,500 at Slippery Rock (4:44.12), Nelly Stafford also anchored Allegheny's 4x400 relay to a fourth-place showing with a time of 4:14.11, the fastest in the PAC this year ... Westminster's Breannda Davis finished fifth in the 100-meter hurdles with a season-best time of 15.51 seconds Saturday at Slippery Rock's Dave Labor Invitational, which is the top time in the PAC this spring.
