The weekly award winners have been recognized for their performances during Week 6 of the 2025 season.

PAC Track Athlete of the Week
Lydia Bennett • Grove City • Senior • Bethel, Maine/Gould Academy
Bennett broke her own school record in the 800 meters to win the event at the Grove City Mini-Invitational on Wednesday ... She crossed the finish line with a time of 2:14.40. a mark that now ranks second in the PAC, seventh in the Mid-Atlantic Region and 45th in NCAA Division III this season.

PAC Field Athlete of the Week
Shelby Rambo • Westminster • Junior • East Palestine, Ohio/Crestview
Rambo picked up three event wins last week, opening her week with two wins at the Grove City Mini-Invitational, throwing 12.00m (39' 4.5") in the shot put and 41.19m (135' 2") in the discus ... She followed up with a season-best discus throw of 44.16m (144' 10") to take first at Slippery Rock's John Papa Invitational and the now top mark in the PAC and the Mid-Atlantic Region, as well as 21st in the country ... Rambo also placed 10th in the shot put at SRU with a mark of 12.51m (41' 0.5").

PAC Newcomer of the Week
Evie Ellenberger • Allegheny • Freshman • Pittsburgh, Pa./Upper St. Clair
Ellenberger placed fifth in the long jump at Slippery Rock's John Papa Invitational at 5.46m (17' 11"), a mark that is second in the PAC this season and tied for sixth in the Great Lakes Region ... She added another PR in the triple jump, hitting 10.41m (34' 2"), the fourth-best mark in the PAC and 25th in the Region.

PAC Records & Milestones
Allegheny's Chloe Bonson delivered a personal best performance at Slippery Rock's John Papa Invitational, placing first in the 1,500 with a 4:40.70, while teammate Laila Davis finished third in the hammer throw with a distance of 51.77 meters (169' 10"), good for first in the PAC, third in the Great Lakes Region and 19th in the nation ... Geneva's Carmen Medvit placed second place in the 1,500 at the Grove City Mini-Invitational, finishing the race with a time of 4:48.31 for a personal-best mark and the ninth-best time in the PAC this season ... Sarah Schneider headed the W&J women's efforts at the 55th Sparky Adams Invitational, as she finished second in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 15.33, good for first in the conference and sixth in the Mid-Atlantic Region this season ... Westminster's Breannda Davis finished first in the 400-meter hurdles at last Thursday's John Papa Invitational, hosted by Slippery Rock, with a season-best time of 1 minute, 06.21 seconds, which ranks second in the PAC this season.
