PAC Track Athlete of the Week
Brady Sundin • Saint Vincent • Junior • Monroeville, Pa./Gateway
Sundin raced the third fastest 10K time in Saint Vincent program history with a time of 32:11.14 at the Washington & Lee Carnival ... His time is currently the top time in the PAC and in the region, while ranking 21st in the nation.

PAC Field Athlete of the Week
Aaron Moon • Allegheny • Senior • Springfield, Va./Lake Braddock
Moon took first place in the long jump at the IUP Ed Fry Invitational, measuring out at 7.23m/23-8.75, which ranks first in the PAC and second in Division III ... Moon also placed fifth in the triple jump with a mark of 12.12m /39-9.25, the second-best mark this season in the conference.

PAC Newcomer of the Week
Cherrieke Bufis • Allegheny • Freshman • Rochester, N.Y./Vertus Charter
Bufis finished fourth in the triple jump at the Ed Fry Invitational at IUP ... He posted a best mark of 12.22m/40-1.25, which is the top mark in the PAC so far this spring ... Bufis also competed in the long jump and placed third among D3 jumpers at the meet (5.87m/19-3.25), which also ranks fifth in the conference.

PAC Records & Milestones
Geneva's Timothy Ehko has the top javelin throw in the PAC this spring after his mark of 49.12m/161-2 at WVU's Marty Pushkin Invitational placed him fourth overall and first among DIII throwers ... Thiel's Nicholas Kobielus won the javelin at IUP's Ed Fry Invitational with a throw of 48.00 meters (157-6), which ranks second in the PAC ... W&J's Julian Paul set a new school record in the 1,500-meter steeplechase at WVU's Marty Pushkin Invitational, posting a time of 4:36.30 to place fourth in the event ... Westminster's Kyle Crown won the shot put at the Stark County Challenge, hosted by Mount Union, with a top throw of 15.14 meters (49-8.25), which is the top throw in the league this spring and fifth-best in the country.
