Week 3 PAC Honors (for games played March 3-9)
The weekly award winners have been recognized for their performances during Week 3 of the 2025 season.

PAC Hitter of the Week
Tyler Skaggs • Allegheny • Sophomore catcher • Champion Heights, Ohio/Champion
Skaggs hit .500 with a .609 on-base percentage and .944 slugging percentage in five games last week ...  His totals featured nine hits, including two doubles and two home runs, and he also drove in six runs, scored five times and drew five walks … Skaggs had a hit in each of his last four games and reached base safely in all five contests last week …The sophomore backstop put up the best numbers of his career against Aurora, St. John Fisher, and Roger Williams … Skaggs was 2-for-4 with a home run against Aurora, 3-for-4 with a home run and a career-high four RBIs against Fisher, and 3-for-4 with two doubles against Roger Williams.

PAC Pitcher of the Week
Kolton Banfi • Westminster • Graduate Student • Harrisville, Pa./Franklin
Banfi was 1-0 with a 0.84 ERA last week in two appearances, including one start … In a 9-8, 10-inning win last Tuesday against La Roche, he picked up the win in relief … Banfi went 3.2 scoreless innings, allowing just three hits while striking out five… He retired 11 straight batters after allowing three consecutive base hits to begin his appearance… In Sunday's 4-3 game-one loss to William Peace, Banfi, in the no-decision, went 7.0 strong innings, allowing one earned run on four hits with two walks and six strikeouts.

PAC Newcomer of the Week
Ethan Botkin • Chatham • Freshman pitcher • New Albany, Ohio/New Albany
Botkin went 2-0 last week with a 0.00 ERA and six strikeouts in 6.1 innings of work ... He entered in the fifth inning with two on and two outs against Wentworth and after allowing a single, got out of the jam and then threw a scoreless sixth inning with one K to earn the win in a 13-8 Cougars' victory ... Botkin entered in the sixth inning in game two against Russell Sage and threw five scoreless and hitless innings, as Chatham rallied for a 6-5 win in 10 innings ... Botkin struck out five and walked three in holding Sage scoreless and allowing the Cougars to come back.

PAC Records & Milestones
In just his second collegiate pitching performance, Allegheny's Matt Jennings gave up one run on two hits with six Ks in six innings in a 2-1 victory over Anderson ... Chatham's Eddie Rueda hit .476 (10-for-21) last week and drove in five, including a walk-off RBI single in the 10th inning to beat Russell Sage ... Franciscan's David Ferroni was 4-for-5 and drove in a pair in the Barons' 9-8 win over Washington (Md.) ... Geneva's Zack Sackett had a double, two triples, six RBIs and two stolen bases in a 17-5 win over La Roche ... While extending his hitting streak to eight games, Grove City's Josh Minnich belted homers in a win over Marian and against Benedictine ... Saint Vincent's Mario Disso had three-hit games in victories over Albion and North Central (Minn.) last week ... Thiel's Fletcher Hindman was 3-for-3 and collected three RBIs in a win over Lebanon Valley ... Waynesburg's Gavin Pratt struck out a career-high 11 and gave up just one run on three hits in six innings to earn the win over Vermont State Lyndon, while Seth Burgdolt was 8-for-10 (.800) and scored eight runs in five games last week ... Westminster's Logan Murgenovich became the program's all-time leader in hits (186), runs (122) and doubles (40), surpassing John Izzo in all three categories, after finishing with three hits, including two for extra bases, and a pair of runs scored during Sunday's doubleheader against William Peace.
