Week 7 PAC Honors (for events between February 17-23)
The weekly award winners have been recognized for their performances during Week 7 of the 2024-25 season.

PAC Track Athlete of the Week
Grace Neubert • Saint Vincent • Freshman • Saint Mary's, Pa./Elk County Catholic
Neubert highlighted the Penn State Tune-Up event for the Bearcats, setting the Saint Vincent school record in the 3K ... She raced a record breaking time of 10:09 to win the event in the field of 13, with her time ranking fourth in the PAC and ninth in the Mid-Atlantic Region ... She broke her teammate Kristen Prince's previous record of 10:32.92, which was set in February of 2023.

PAC Field Athlete of the Week
Madison Conley • Westminster • Graduate student • New Castle, Pa./New Castle
Conley cleared a personal-best 3.82 meters (12-6.25) Friday evening at the University of Mount Union Raider Tune-Up to finish second in the 21-vaulter behind only an athlete from D1 Youngstown State ... The performance is currently tied for 10th in Division III, as well as being first in the PAC and the Mid-Atlantic Region.

PAC Newcomer of the Week
Grace Iwig • Westminster • Freshman • Greensburg, Pa./Hempfield
Iwig turned in another terrific performance Friday at the Mount Union Raider Tune-Up, clearing a career-best 3.72 meters (12-2.50) ... In addition to being the second-best jump in the PAC and Mid-Atlantic Region, that mark is the 18th-best jump in Division III this year.

Allegheny freshman Anne Weis (Granville, Ohio/Granville); Grove City freshman Julianna Lindberg (Manheim, Pa./Manheim Central); W&J freshman Lainey Hartner (Washington, Pa./Fort Cherry)

PAC Records & Milestones
Allegheny's Aubryanna Snyder earned one victory and one runner-up performance at Case Western Reserve, setting a new PR in the long jump at 5.30 meters (17-4.75), an AARTFC qualifier, and also placed second in the triple jump at 10.44 meters (34-3), an indoor PR and second-best jump in the PAC this year ... Grove City's 1600 relay of freshman Nadine Lauffer, Cayla Lawrence, junior Audrey Karwowski (Canonsburg, Pa./Canon-McMillan) and senior Lydia Bennett (Bethel, Maine/Gould Academy) posted a time of 4:07.94 at the Mount Union Raider Tune-Up, which ranks first in the PAC and third in the Mid-Atlantic Region ... W&J's Sarah Schneider had season-best efforts at the Muskingum Muskie Meet #4, taking third in the long jump (5.05m/16-7) and the 60 Hurdles, where her prelim time of 9.42 seconds is the top time in the PAC this year ... The 2025 PAC Indoor Track & Field Championships return to Youngstown State University's Watson and Tressel Training Site (WATTS) this Thursday, Feb. 27th, with field events beginning at 10:30 a.m., while track events will get underway at approximately 3 p.m. ...
