Week 4 PAC Honors (for events between November 3-9)
The weekly award winners have been recognized for their performances during Week 4 of the 2025-26 season.

PAC Women's Swimmer/Diver of the Week
Abigail Vance • Grove City • Freshman • Butler, Pa./Butler
Friday night against Saint Vincent, Vance swept the breaststroke, winning the 100 in 1:08.75 and posting a victorious time of 2:31.95 in the 200 breaststroke as Grove City earned a 239-48 dual meet win ... Vance also contributed to a victorious time of 1:42.95 in the 200 free relay and placed second in the 1000 (11:30.14) ... Both of her breaststroke times rank first in the PAC and her 1000 time is fourth-fastest this season.

PAC Women's Newcomer of the Week
Mackenzie Caron • Washington & Jefferson • Freshman • Reading, Pa./Governor Mifflin
Caron led the W&J women against Division II Ashland with a first-place finish in the 200 breaststroke ... The freshman outpaced all swimmers in the event with a time of 2:32.77, which is the third-fastest by a PAC swimmer this season ... She also placed third in the 100 back with a time of 1:03.84, fifth-best this year in the PAC.

PAC Records & Milestones
Allegheny's Kerrigan Swartz won both of her individual races in the 100 and 200 breaststroke against Saint Vincent, winning the 100 with a time of 1:14.12 and touching the wall first in the 200 in 2:40.59 ... Bethany's JulieAnne Humpe won the 100-meter backstroke at the Hiram Tri-Meet with a time of 1:16.16 ... Chatham's Hannah Uhrinek placed first in both the 100 fly with a time of 1:03.49 and 200 free in 2:09.81 against Westminster ... Grove City's Chaeli Keenan swept the 1- and 3-meter competitions Friday night against Saint Vincent after she posted a winning score of 251.60 on the low board, then recorded a 158.70 total to win 3-meter diving. Keenan qualified for the NCAA Regional Championships with her performance ... Saint Vincent's Emma Martz had a standout day on Saturday against Allegheny, claiming victories in the 200 IM (2:24.04) and 100 free (59.34) ... Maddy McClain won three individual events to pace Westminster in Friday's 174-73 PAC dual meet victory over Chatham, as she was first in the 1000 with a time of 11:27.70, the 500 (5:36.10) and the 400 IM (5:00.66) while also leading off the winning 200 free relay (1:47.58).
