MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (pacathletics.org) - The Westminster College women's track and field program rolled up 193 points during the 19-event championship and finished with eight event champions, as the Titans won the team title at the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Championships Friday night.

The PAC Championships were held at the Track & Field Complex at Mylan Park, the home of the West Virginia University track and field and cross country programs.

It is Westminster's sixth outdoor title in program history and is the first time the women's program won the league's indoor and outdoor titles in the same year, as the Titans won the indoor crown in February. Following the conference title, Westminster's head coach Tim McNeil was voted the PAC's Women's Coach of the Year for the fifth time in his 17-year coaching career.

Highlighting the Titans' charge to the PAC title were a pair of major award winners. Senior Breannda Davis (Streetsboro, Ohio/Streetsboro) was honored as the PAC's Most Outstanding Overall Performer, as well as the league's Most Outstanding Performer on the track after accumulating 52 points during the two-day championship meet.

On the track, Davis finished as the runner-up in the 100 hurdles with a time of 15.40 seconds and the 400 hurdles with a time of 1:07.10, was fourth in the 100 (12.72) and ran on the winning 4x400 relay. In the field, she won the high jump with a top mark of 1.67 meters (5-5.75) and finished second in the long jump with a mark of 5.48 meters (17-11.75). Davis started the championships Thursday with a runner-up finish in the triple jump (10.95m/35-11.25).

In addition to Davis' awards, freshman Jenna Zendron (West Sunbury, Pa./Moniteau) was recognized as PAC's Newcomer of the Year. She ran to a first-place finish in the 400 (59.17), anchored the 4x400 relay to a PAC title with a time of 4:04.17, finished sixth in the 200 (26.58) and seventh in the 100 (14.03).

The Most Outstanding Performer in the Field award went to Chatham junior Aurielle Brunner (Altoona, Pa./Bishop Guilfoyle). After Brunner won the triple jump Thursday (12.22m/40-1.25), she followed that with a win in the long jump (5.81m/19-0.75) and a second-place finish in the high jump (1.67m/5-05.75), with her long jump mark tying a PAC Championship Meet record.

In addition to her effort in the field, Brunner also won the 200m (24.74) and finished second in the 100m (12.22).

The PAC also released its 2023-24 Women's Outdoor Track & Field Sportsmanship Team (linked above). The PAC Sportsmanship Teams were established to recognize student-athletes who have distinguished themselves through demonstrated acts of sportsmanship and ethical behavior and are an ongoing effort to recognize and encourage positive sportsmanship among all PAC teams and student-athletes.
