PAC Track Athlete of the Week

Ian Baughman • Washington & Jefferson • Senior • Oxford, Pa./Oxford Area Baughman led the way for the Presidents at the Washington & Lee Carnival with a pair of victories ... The senior made history with a school record time of 14.97 seconds in the 110-meter high hurdles, a time which broke a 23-year old school record that was previously established by Todd Fry in 2001 ... Baughman later raced to a time of 55.13 seconds to take first in the 400 hurdles ... Both times currently rank first in the PAC ... The 110-hurdles time ranks fourth in NCAA Division III while his time in the 400 hurdles ranks eighth in NCAA D-III.

PAC Field Athlete of the Week

Ryan Lenhart • Grove City • Junior • New Castle, Pa./Shenango Lenhart won the discus Saturday at Bethany with a best toss of 153 feet, 3 inches, which is the top mark in the PAC this spring ... He also took fourth in the shot put with a mark of 46-9 1/2, which ranked second among Division III men in the event.

PAC Newcomer of the Week

PJ McNeal • Saint Vincent • Freshman • Pittsburgh, Pa./Plum At the Washington and Lee Carnival, McNeal placed second in a 31-runner field in the 400-meter dash in a time of 50.31 seconds, the second-fastest performance in program history and top time so far this spring in the PAC ... McNeal followed that up by placing eighth in a 61-runner field in the 200 in 22.91 seconds, also the second-best mark in team history, while he took 14th in a 41-runner field in the 100 in 11.45 seconds.

PAC Records & Milestones

Thiel graduate student Matt Beuermann finished first in the 1,500 (4:05.62) at the Bethany Invitational ... Waynesburg graduate student Quintin Weaver set the program record and placed second in the 1,500 with a 4:07.00 run at the Bethany Invitational ... Westminster senior Anthony Kamenski won the 400 hurdles with a time of 56.45 seconds at Saturday's Bethany Invitational.
