PAC Track Athlete of the Week
Alex Mitchell • Grove City • Junior • Hummelstown, Pa./Harrisburg Christian
At Saturday's Case Western Reserve Classic, Mitchell captured second in the 400 and third in the 200 ... His time of 48.87 seconds in the 400 is first in the Mid-Atlantic Region and third in Division III ... Mitchell's time of 22.57 seconds in the 200 is tied for fourth in the Region.

Aaron Moon • Allegheny • Senior • Springfield, Va./Lake Braddock
Moon opened the season with another record-setting performance at Case Western Reserve Saturday ... He broke his own long jump record, winning the event with a mark of 7.02 meters (23-0.5), the best in the PAC and 14th in D-III ... Moon also placed eighth in the high jump (1.85m/6-0.75), which is second-best in the conference ... Moon was also fourth in the 60 hurdle prelims (8.83 seconds) and 12th in the 60 (7.20), which ranks second in the PAC in the hurdles and seventh in the 60.

PAC Newcomer of the Week
Reed Yost • Westminster • Freshman • Wattsburg, Pa./Seneca
Yost tied for 14th in the pole vault and was the top Division III competitor at Friday's YSU Icebreaker, posting a top vault of 4.35 meters (14-3.25)... The mark tops the PAC's performance list, is tied for fourth in the Mid-Atlantic Region and tied for 39th in Division III.

PAC Records & Milestones
Allegheny freshman Cameron Sadler placed sixth in the weight throw at Case Western Reserve and was the top freshman in event with a park of 14.71 meters (48-3.25), which leads all PAC throwers in the event ... Bethany's Caliyph McClinton set the school record in the 60 with a 6.98 sprint and was the fastest D3 sprinter in the Youngstown State Icebreaker, finishing 12th in the event with his time that is also tops in the PAC ... W&J's Brock Pennington broke the W&J school record at the YSU Icebreaker in the men's indoor 5,000, as he raced to a fourth-place finish in 14:47.82 to surpass the previous mark by nearly five seconds ... Waynesburg's Quintin Weaver finished 10th at YSU (and the top Division III finisher) in the 3k in 9:25.04, which ranks fourth in WU team history and first in the PAC this season ... Waynesburg's Jacob Harker was the top Division III finisher when he placed sixth in the shot put (13.80m/43.3.5) at Youngstown State and his mark ranks No. 1 in the PAC and No. 5 in the Mid-Atlantic Region.
