PAC Player of the Week

Carter Hassenplug • Allegheny • Senior • North East, Pa./North East Hassenplug continued his red-hot fall season by tying the Allegheny record for the lowest single-round score on Sunday at the Mason-Dixon Collegiate Classic ... He carded an 8-under 64 in the final round, tying the program's all-time record set by Chris Moore '09 in the fall of 2005 ... Hassenplug tied for second place overall with a 5-under 139, just two strokes behind the individual medalist ... Allegheny finished fourth as a team in a field that included strong competition from around the region and a few teams receiving votes in the latest rankings.

PAC Newcomer of the Week

Dylan Kochis • Allegheny • Junior • Saint Augustine, Fla./B. Reed Henderson-Pa. Kochis helped the Gators finish in fourth place out of 19 teams at the Mason-Dixon Collegiate Classic ... He carded an even 72 in the first round, Allegheny's best first-round score, and an 83 (+11) in the second round for a two-day total of 155 (+11) to tie for 49th place out of 98 total competitors.

Grove City's Michael Astrab placed second at the Grove City Fall Invitational by shooting a career-low 74 Thursday ... Westminster's Tyler Hager shot an even-par 72 to claim medalist honors at the Grove City Fall Invitational to lead Westminster's "A" team to the team title with a 10-over 298.
