Week 10 PAC Honors (for games played April 18-24)
The weekly award winners have been recognized for their performances during Week 10 of the 2022 season.
 
PAC Hitter of the Week
Anthony Rago • Thiel • Senior shortstop • Pittsburgh, Pa. | Baldwin
Rago hit .667 (16-24) to help lead Thiel to a 5-0 week… He had two doubles, two home runs, five RBIs, 12 runs scored and a pair of steals out of the leadoff spot… Rago recorded three or more hits in four out of five games last week... In Wednesday’s doubleheader sweep of Westminster, he went a combined 8-for-9… Rago went 5-for-5 with four runs scored, an RBI and a steal in the 9-6 game two win... In Friday’s 12-4 win over Chatham, he hit two home runs... In Saturday’s 18-7 game one win at Chatham, Rago went 4-for-5 with a double and four runs scored… He leads the PAC in batting average (.467), runs scored (38), hits (56), total bases (80) this season. He's also tied for the PAC lead with 87 fielding assists and tied for third in the conference in doubles (12).

Franciscan junior Dylan Robb (Holtville, Calif. | Holtville) hit .357 with two home runs, a double, seven RBIs and four runs scored… In Thursday’s game two win over Waynesburg he went 3-for-5 with five RBIs and three runs scored… Grove City senior Bubba Hamilton (Garner, N.C. | Waynesboro, Pa.) hit .500 last week with a home run, three doubles, five RBIs and six runs scored… Saint Vincent junior Jordan Sabol (Export, Pa. | Penn-Trafford) hit .409 with eight doubles, five RBIs and eight runs scored last week… W&J junior Evan Sante (Pittsburgh, Pa. | Plum) hit .350 with four home runs, two doubles, 11 RBIs and five runs scored… He slugged the go-ahead two-run home run in Wednesday’s game two win over Grove City… He currently leads the PAC with nine home runs and 40 RBI… Waynesburg freshman Tyler Sullivan (Wesley Chapel, Fla. | Wesley Chapel) hit .375 (six-for-16) with a double, three RBIs and three runs scored last week… Matthew Randza (Beaver Falls, Pa. | Blackhawk), a first-year sophomore at Westminster, hit .450 with a home run, a triple, eight RBIs and five runs scored.
   
PAC Pitcher of the Week
Tate Ostrowski • Grove City • Senior • Essex, Mass. | Covenant Christian    
Ostrowski struck out 12 and did not walk a man over 7.0 innings Friday in Grove City's 13-0 win over Bethany… He took a perfect game into the sixth inning and allowed only two hits… Ostrowski is 6-1 this spring with a league-low 1.90 ERA.

Franciscan junior Jacob Watson (Arlington, Texas | Nolan Catholic) earned the game one win over Waynesburg Thursday, allowing two runs (2 earned) on four hits with seven strikeouts in 6.1 innings… Saint Vincent junior Aaron Stephan (Pittsburgh, Pa. | Upper St. Clair) threw 7.2 innings of scoreless relief Friday against W&J, allowing just two hits with two strikeouts, to earn the win… In his first relief appearance of the season, he faced just four batters over the minimum… Thiel junior Travis Harvey (Boardman, Ohio | Boardman) went 1-0 with a save last week…He tossed a complete game to earn the game one win over Westminster Wednesday, allowing two runs (one earned) on 10 hits and striking out eight… Harvey also protected the Tomcats' two-run lead in the ninth to earn the save in game two against Chatham Saturday… W&J senior Jameson Campbell (Painesville, Ohio | Riverside) struck out 14 and compiled a 1.93 ERA in 9.1 innings last week… He earned the win Wednesday against Grove City, and tossed the final 4.0 innings Sunday to earn the save in a win against Franciscan… Campbell leads the PAC with seven wins and ranks second in opposing batting average at .193 this spring… Waynesburg freshman Bryce Bedilion (Clarksville, Pa. | Jefferson-Morgan) picked up his first collegiate win on the mound by tossing 6.0 shutout innings against Geneva… He allowed three singles and three walks with a strikeout in the victory… Westminster first-year Jake Vitale (New Castle, Pa. | Union) notched his third win of the season after throwing a complete game in game one against Geneva on Saturday… He had six strikeouts and allowed one while only allowing one run (1 earned) on five hits.
 
PAC Rookie of the Week
Dante DiMatteo • Washington & Jefferson • Freshman pitcher • Pittsburgh, Pa. | Fox Chapel    
DiMatteo went 1-0 and recorded two saves in three appearances (1 start) last week for W&J… He limited the opposition to a .167 batting average in 5.2 combined innings… DiMatteo worked the first 3.0 innings of Saturday’s 18-13 game two win at Franciscan, allowing two runs (2 earned) on two hits with six strikeouts and a walk… He had saves in both ends of Wednesday’s doubleheader sweep of Grove City.

Grove City freshman Luke Vittone (Seven Fields, Pa. | Eden Christian) hit .474 last week, including a 7-for-12 performance in a three-game sweep of Bethany… Overall, he had three doubles and a triple for the week, along with four runs scored and five RBIs… Thiel freshman Dillon Belknap (Lagrange, Ohio | Keystone) notched his first collegiate win in Saturday’s game two win at Chatham… He threw a strikeout to end the eighth inning with the bases loaded… Waynesburg freshman Alec Engelmore (Pittsburgh, Pa. | Shaler) hit .313 with two RBIs and five runs scored and went 2-0 on the mound in two appearances (1 start)... He tossed a 7.0 inning complete game in game one against Geneva Wednesday, allowing one run (1 earned) on eight hits with one walk and five strikeouts… Westminster first-yearb (Ellwood City, Pa. | Lincoln) improved to 4-1 this spring after pitching a complete-game against Geneva Saturday in game two… He allowed three runs (0 earned) on five hits with six strikeouts and a walk.
