PAC Runner of the Week
Emily Maag • Franciscan • Junior • Cleona, Pa./Annville-Cleona
Maag finished first for the Barons at the All-Ohio InterCollegiate Challenge at Cedarville University, as she placed 80th overall out of 324 competitors ... Her time of 24:22.4 on the 6k course, which scored 62 points for her team, also placed her 31st among Division III runners in the meet.

PAC Newcomer of the Week

Sheets scored 85 points at the All-Ohio InterCollegiate Challenge by placing 117th with a 6k time of 24:58.5, the 15th fastest time by a Division III freshman in the race.

Allegheny's Shyann Rulander led the Gators to a runner-up team performance at the Ben Mourer '07 Memorial Classic on Saturday, as she placed eighth overall out of 32 finishers in a time of 26:49.5 ... Behind Nina Connors' third-place finish (22:21.9) and junior Rosie Gaydos (Irwin, Pa./Norwin) placing seventh (23:04.4) out of 128 runners, Saint Francis finished first as a team at the NCAA Division III South Regional Preview, held at Panorama Farm in Earlysville, Va. ... Westminster's Kelsi Lott posted a fifth-place individual finish and was the highest-finishing freshman at the 34-runner Penn State Behrend Twilight Meet, crossing with a time of 25:37.16.
