TRAFFORD, Pa. - The 2025-26 academic year finished with a new record for the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) in the classroom, as 1,081 student-athletes earned PAC Academic Honor Roll distinction to establish a new semester high on the Academic Honor Roll.

The PAC Academic Honor Roll recognizes student-athletes on varsity sports teams who have earned a grade-point average (GPA) of 3.6 or higher on a 4.0 scale during their semester of championship competition.

The 1,081 student-athletes just surpassed the previous semester record of 1,065, which was set last spring. Adding that record-setting total in the Spring to the 823 who were recognized on the Fall 2025 Academic Honor Roll, the PAC honored a combined 1,904 student-athletes between the Fall and Spring semesters, second-most in conference history.

For the second spring in a row, Grove City College led the 12 full-time league schools by placing 116 student-athletes on the PAC Spring 2026 Academic Honor Roll. It's the second-highest total ever by a school in a semester behind only Grove City's 136 a year ago. The Wolverines just edged out two other programs for the top spot, as Saint Vincent College finished with 114 on the Honor Roll and Washington & Jefferson College placed 111 on the list.

Next on the list was Chatham University with 98, closely followed by Geneva College with 94 and Allegheny College with 93. Coming in next was Thiel College with 88, and they were followed by Waynesburg University and Westminster College with 86 apiece. Franciscan University posted 71 on the Honor Roll and the rankings were completed by Bethany College with 65 and Hiram College with 59.
