TRAFFORD, Pa. (pacathletics.org) - Two-time defending champion Grove City College completed an undefeated run through regular season conference play to earn the top seed and home-field advantage for the 2026 Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Women's Lacrosse Tournament.
The Wolverines started the year 0-3 against a strong non-conference schedule, but have since rolled off 14 consecutive wins to finish 14-3 overall and 9-0 in PAC play to secure the top seed. Grove City has won 23 consecutive games against PAC opponents dating back to the 2024 regular season finale on their way to back-to-back conference crowns. The Wolverines repeated as PAC champions with an 11-7 victory over Chatham University in the 2025 championship game.
Quarterfinals – Tuesday, April 28, 2026
The 2026 Tournament begins with two quarterfinal games at campus sites:
No. 6 Saint Vincent (8-6, 4-5 PAC) at No. 3 Washington & Jefferson (9-5, 7-2 PAC) – 6 p.m.
No. 5 Bethany (8-8, 4-5 PAC) at No. 4 Westminster (9-7, 6-3 PAC) – 6 p.m.

- Tuesday's other quarterfinal features Bethany traveling to Westminster. The Titans hosted the Bison for a regular season match-up on April 22nd and won by a 19-3 score. Westminster has one PAC title in program history, which the Titans won in 2019, the first year the PAC sponsored women's lacrosse. For Bethany, this is first time the Bison have qualified for the PAC Tournament in program history.
Semifinals – Thursday, April 30, 2026
The top seeds will host semifinal contests at 7 p.m.:
W&J/Saint Vincent winner at No. 2 Chatham (12-3, 8-1 PAC)
Westminster/Bethany winner at No. 1 Grove City (14-3, 9-0 PAC)
- Chatham earned the No. 2 seed for the second consecutive year after setting a new single-season program record with 12 wins. It's also the third year in a row the Cougars earned a semifinal home game.
