The W&J men were led by Flitcraft who raced to a fifth-place finish at the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble ... He finished with a time of 26:07.6 and was the top PAC runner at the meet.

PAC Newcomer of the Week

Caron recorded a time of 26:37.4 in the 8k race at the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble, placing 18th overall in a field of 178 runners ... His time was the fourth-fastest among competing freshmen, and he paced Geneva as the Golden Tornadoes took ninth place overall in a competitive 19-team field.

Tyler Biss paced Allegheny at the Aubrey Shenk Invitational at Gettysburg, placing 70th out of 465 total runners, as he ran an 8K season-best time of 26:13.1 ... Franciscan's Maxwell Bruns placed 39th overall at the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble in a time of 27:03.7 ... Colsen Frank posted Grove City's top finish Friday at Geneseo State's Mike Woods Invitational as he placed 50th overall (26:52.4) ... At the Aubrey Shenk Invitational in Gettysburg, Saint Francis had two place in the top 60, including Collin Dreese, who was 48th overall with a time of 25:52.8 and junior Michelangelo Piccirillo (Brockport, Pa./DuBois Central Catholic) was 59th (26:04.9) ... Saint Vincent's Will Stickman finished 99th overall in the over 460-runner field at the Gettysburg Aubrey Shenk Invitational, crossing with a time of 26:30.7 ...
