Week 5 PAC Honors (for events between September 22-28)
The weekly award winners have been recognized for their performances during Week 5 of the 2025 season.

PAC Runner of the Week
Claire Anderson • Washington & Jefferson • Senior • Jamestown, Pa./Jamestown
Anderson led the way for the W&J women, winning the women's 6k with a blazing time of 21:55.6 at the Dickinson Long-Short Invitational ... She was in second place at one mile before surging ahead by the 5K mark and continued to pull away ... Her meet time, which was 13 seconds ahead of the runner-up, currently ranks fourth all-time at W&J in program history.

PAC Newcomer of the Week
Erin Belveal • Waynesburg • Freshman • Bay Village, Ohio/Bay
Belveal placed 28th overall out of 139 runners at the Dickinson Long-Short Invitational Saturday ... She came across the finish line in 28th place overall with a time of 24:54.8 ... Belveal was in 40th place after one mile, but climbed to 32nd by the 5k marker and closed strong to place 28th and 10th among first-year runners in the race.

PAC Records & Milestones
The PAC placed three runners inside the top 20 at the Dickinson Invitational with Anderson taking first, W&J senior Chloe LoCastro (Venetia, Pa./Peters Township) placing 13th (23:57.8) and Waynesburg's Grace Tanksley finishing 19th (24:24.4) ... Sparked by their top runners, W&J was third as a team out of 19 programs and Waynesburg earned 10th place.
