PITTSBURGH, Pa. (pacathletics.org) - For the third year in a row, Presidents Athletic Conference (PAC) college football will be broadcast in the Pittsburgh market, with seven games to be covered by KDKA+ and CBS News Pittsburgh and three on SportsNet Pittsburgh this fall.
The production of the broadcasts will be managed by JRM Video Production for the third consecutive year. The KDKA+ broadcast schedule kicks off on September 6th with one of last year's PAC tri-champions Washington & Jefferson College hosting Utica College from the Empire 8 conference in a non-conference tilt at Cameron Stadium at 12 pm.
Another non-conference battle is the featured game in week two when Grove City College, also a PAC tri-champion last season, welcomes the University of Mount Union, the 2024 NCAA Division III national runner-up, to Thorn Field for a 1 pm kickoff.
The schedule moves to SportsNet Pittsburgh for the next three games and the start of PAC play. Those games on SportsNet Pittsburgh will include Thiel College at Allegheny College on Sept. 20th; the battle between defending conference champions Grove City and W&J at Grove City Sept. 27th; and the Oct. 4th match-up featuring Grove City at Geneva College.
The final five games on the broadcast schedule shifts back to KDKA+ and CBS News Pittsburgh. In addition to airing on KDKA+, their seven games will also be simulcasted on KDKA.com and the CBS News Pittsburgh streaming service, which can be accessed for free on numerous platforms.
For the SportsNet Pittsburgh broadcasts, if fans live in SNP’s home territory and have SNP through one of the TV providers listed on their FAQ page, you have access to SNP 360 and access to SNP’s 24/7 programming at no extra cost.
