PAC Offensive Player of the Week Olivia Devries • Allegheny • Senior third base • Kent, Ohio/Field Devries went 10-for-22, batting .455 with a .455 on-base percentage and an impressive .864 slugging percentage over six games last week ... She kicked off the week with a dominant performance, launching two home runs and driving in three runs during the opening game of a doubleheader sweep over Franciscan on Wednesday ... Those home runs marked the 18th and 19th of her career, moving her into sole possession of fifth place on Allegheny’s all-time home run list ... In Saturday's split with Geneva, Devries remained consistent, going 1-for-3 in both games ... Devries capped off the week batting .500 (4-for-8) at Thiel on Sunday, including two doubles and three RBIs in the opener, and adding another double in the nightcap to help complete the sweep. She opened the week with a dominant three-inning, one-hit shutout in a 16-0 game one win at Franciscan ... The senior followed that up with a gutsy performance in a nine-inning pitcher’s duel at Bethany, where she allowed just two earned runs and struck out 12 in a complete-game 4-2 victory on Wednesday ... She capped off her week with a complete-game one win over Chatham, striking out six while allowing just one earned run on four hits and two walks in seven innings ... Across the four appearances, Wilson totaled 25 strikeouts and allowed just four runs. Kidd opened the week by going 2-for-4 with a run scored in game one against Waynesburg before game two was halted due to darkness ... In a non-conference split against Carlow on Thursday, the freshman sparked the Bison offense in game two, cracking a lead-off double in the bottom of the fourth inning and picking up an RBI in the fifth ... Kidd wrapped up the week strong at Grove City, going 2-for-3 with two RBIs and a stolen base in the opener, and then 2-for-5 with a double, two runs, an RBI, and another stolen base in the nightcap. McKenzie Rapp earned the 15th save of her career on Saturday against Allegheny, tying her for the most all-time in Geneva history ... In Saturday's 3-0 win over W&J, Westminster's Cheyenne Piper recorded 11 strikeouts for her fifth shutout of the season, improving her record to 11-3 this season.
