PAC Player of the Week
Carter Hassenplug • Allegheny • Senior • North East, Pa./North East
Hassenplug finished two strokes off the lead for a runner-up performance at Denison's Ted Barclay Invitational to open the season ... The two-time defending PAC Player of the Year scored a 2-under 140, one of only two golfers to end the 36-hole event below par ... He fired a 1-under 70 on each day and amassed eight birdies and one eagle, which came on the par-5 10th on Sunday.

PAC Newcomer of the Week
Thomas Margison • Washington & Jefferson • Freshman • Silver Spring, Md./Our Lady of Good Counsel
Margison finished second on the team at Olivet's Lou Collins Memorial Invitational after finishing 10th in his first collegiate golf outing ... He finished with a low round of 75 (+3) on day one of the invite and recorded a total 152 (+8) score over the weekend, helping the Presidents finish second in the 10-team tournament.

W&J's Andrew Platt tied for second (+1, 145) at Olivet's Lou Collins Memorial Invitational, highlighted by a 70 (-2) in the opening round ... Westminster's Kai Haseyama fired a two-over 73 to earn medalist honors at the Pitt-Bradford Kickoff Classic Saturday, as Westminster's reserves finished third in the eight-team field with a team score of 314.
