PAC Wrestler of the Week

Hunter Swedish • Washington & Jefferson • Senior • Cranberry Twp., Pa./Seneca Valley Swedish posted a 4-1 record, ensuring a top finish as he worked his way through the 141-pound bracket to place second at the King's College Ned McGinley Invitational ... He opened the morning with a major decision (19-6) victory over Sean Rinebolt of Shenandoah before logging two-straight tech falls against Jack Doran of York (19-3) and Noah Clawson of King's (17-2) ... Swedish locked his title bout appearance with an 11-8 win by decision over Matt Castillo of Roger Williams before falling to Tyler Kadish of NYU in the 141-pound final.

PAC Wrestling Newcomer of the Week

Josh Smith • Washington & Jefferson • Freshman • Palmyra, Pa./Palmyra Area Smith finished with a 2-2 record in the 133-pound bracket at the King's College Ned McGinley Invitational ... Smith logged a win by fall (2:46) and a win by decision (12-9) on the day.

PAC Records & Milestones

Hiram senior Seth Holt posted a pair of wins at 165 pounds at the Mount Union Invitational, while freshman Jackson Bowers earned a major decision at 157 in his second match for his initial collegiate win ... Waynesburg sophomore Jesse Orbin placed fourth at 184 pounds at King's New McGinley Invitational with a 3-2 record ... In addition, Yellow Jacket freshman AJ Tomaino scored a third-period fall in his second match at 165 for his first collegiate win.
