The weekly award winners have been recognized for their performances during Week 7 of the 2024 season.
 
PAC Offensive Player of the Week
Jacob Macosko • Washington & Jefferson • Junior wide receiver • Venetia, Pa./Peters Township
Macosko spearheaded W&J's offensive attack in their 27-19 win over No. 7 ranked Grove City ... Macosko led the team in catches and receiving with a career-high 13 grabs for 160 yards ... His two second-quarter touchdowns from 7 and 14 yards on end-zone fade routes helped erase a 16-6 deficit and gave W&J a 20-16 lead at the half ... Macosko also had two receptions for 41 yards on the Presidents' final TD drive in the third quarter ... This marks the second-straight season Macosko has compiled 160+ yards against the Wolverines.

PAC Defensive Player of the Week
Quilik Wooten • Waynesburg • Sophomore defensive back Landover, Md./Charles Herbert Flowers
Wooten posted four tackles, an interception in the end zone, a forced fumble and blocked (and recovered) a field goal in Waynesburg's win over Bethany ... His blocked field goal came early in the second quarter and prevented Bethany from adding to a 7-6 lead ... After Waynesburg took the lead on their next possession, Wooten forced a fumble that gave the Jackets a short field and led to another TD for a 20-7 lead ... He closed out the half with an INT in the end zone just halftime to snuff out a Bison scoring threat.

PAC Special Teams Player of the Week
Elijah Grayer • Westminster • Sophomore running back • Monee, Ill./Crete-Monee
Grayer blocked and recovered a second-quarter punt and added three special teams tackles on the kickoff unit in Saturday's 56-0 shutout of Saint Vincent … One play after Grayer's blocked punt, the Titans scored on a 30-yard TD pass to increase their lead to 17-0 ... Grayer also found the end zone later in the game with a 29-yard touchdown grab in the third quarter, the first touchdown reception of his career.

PAC Newcomer of the Week
Cody Patterson • Geneva • Freshman defensive back • Freedom, Pa./Freedom
Patterson played a big role on defense in Geneva's 30-13 victory over Allegheny on Saturday ...  Patterson finished with a career-high eight tackles, including five solo stops ... In addition, he recovered a fumble on Allegheny's opening drive that led to Geneva's first touchdown of the game and also broke up a pass in coverage.

PAC Records & Milestones
Allegheny QB Trevor Brncic threw for a career-high 360 yards against Geneva, the most passing yards since Jack Johnson threw for 410 against Wooster on Nov. 6, 2021 ... Led by DE Kaden Tong's eight tackles and 1.5 sacks, Case Western Reserve limited Thiel to 72 total yards, the fewest allowed in a game in program history ... Caleb Romano had his best day as a Golden Tornado in Geneva's victory over Allegheny,  passing for 161 yards and two touchdowns and leading the GTs in rushing with 81 yards while scoring a third TD on the ground ... With his 12 tackles in the win over No. 7 Grove City, W&J's Justin Johns has 331 career stops, 18 away from breaking the Presidents' career tackles record ... Waynesburg's Zayne Cawley rushed for 249 yards and three TDs in the win over Bethany, which was the seventh time he went over 100 yards in his career and fourth time this season ... Westminster QB Ty McGowan threw four TDs in the win over Saint Vincent, the second four-touchdown game of his career.
