The weekly award winners have been recognized for their performances during Week 10 of the 2023-24 season.
 

PAC Player of the Week

Adalynn Cherry • Washington & Jefferson • Junior point guard • Altoona, Pa./Altoona Area Cherry recorded a career-high 20 points to lead W&J to a 84-61 win over Chatham in a match-up of the top two teams in the PAC standings on Saturday ... Cherry drained 7-of-11 field goal attempts and converted 4-of-7 attempts from three-point range to help W&J move into sole possession of first place in the conference ... Cherry filled the stat sheet in the win with six rebounds, five assists and three steals.

PAC Newcomer of the Week

Julz Mohrbacher • Waynesburg • Freshman forward • Freedom, Pa./Freedom Mohrbacher averaged 16 points, 7.5 rebounds, 2.5 assists and two blocks, as the Yellow Jackets went 1-1 against PAC opponents last week ... In total, Mohrbacher was 10-of-13 (76.9%) from the field and 12-of-16 (75%) at the line ...  Against Westminster, Mohrbacher added to her stellar freshman campaign with game highs in points (18) and rebounds (11) en route to her second collegiate double-double ... She also tied for the game high with three steals ... Then in Saturday's win over Bethany, Mohrbacher compiled 14 points, four rebounds, four assists and two blocks.

Records & Milestones

Franciscan set a new program record for most points scored in a game with 89 in a conference victory over Thiel, 89-53, on Saturday ... In Saint Vincent's victory over Thiel on Wednesday, freshman guard Ashley Lippold recorded eight steals, the second-most in a game by a PAC player this season and most for a Bearcat since current SVC assistant and former PAC Player of the Year Jenna Lafko also recorded eight thefts in the 2021 PAC title game victory over W&J on March 20, 2021.
