Week 4 PAC Honors (for events between September 18-24)
The weekly award winners have been recognized for their performances during Week 4 of the 2023 season.
 
PAC Player of the Week
Emiliia Grydnieva • Allegheny • Freshman • Kyiv, Ukraine/Optima
Grydnieva went 4-0 last week in a pair of Allegheny wins, including a 5-4 victory over Franciscan in a rematch of last year's championship match ... Both of her singles wins came at No. 2, including a three-set victory (4-6, 6-3, 6-4) in the clinching match against Franciscan and she was a 6-0, 6-0 winner in singles versus Waynesburg ... Grydnieva teamed with Rei Etsumi to win at No. 3 doubles against Franciscan 8-2 and at No. 1 against Waynesburg 8-1.

PAC Newcomer of the Week
Rei Etsumi • Allegheny • Freshman • Honolulu, Hawaii/President William McKinley
Etsumi went 4-0 last week in wins over Franciscan (5-4) and Waynesburg (9-0) ... She earned a 6-4, 7-5 fifth singles win against Franciscan in a rematch of last year's championship and was an 8-2 winner with Emilia Grydnieva at No. 3 doubles ... Etsumi won 6-0, 6-0 at fourth singles and 8-1 at No. 1 doubles with Grydnieva against Waynesburg.
