The weekly award winners have been recognized for their performances during Week 4 of the 2023 season.
 
PAC Offensive Player of the Week
Alex Fromberg • Case Western Reserve • Senior quarterback • Bridgewater, N.J./Bridgewater-Raritan
Fromberg accounted for five touchdowns during the Spartans’ 42-7 win over Geneva on Saturday night ... Fromberg completed 12-of-25 passes for a career-high 295 yards and three touchdowns, while also running for a career-high 96 yards and two more touchdowns ... He got CWRU on the board at the 7:40 mark with a 23-yard touchdown pass and extended the lead to 14-0 with a 26-yard scoring strike with 12:25 left in the second quarter ... With 6:44 left in the first half, Fromberg tossed a 63-yard TD pass to put CWRU in front 21-7 heading into the half ... In the second half, he ran for a pair of scores, reaching the end zone from three yards out and from 18 yards away to help the Spartans cement the win.

PAC Defensive Player of the Week
Malcolm Denomme • Allegheny • Junior linebacker • Edgewood, N.M./Moriaty
Denomme led the Allegheny defense, which forced four turnovers, in the Gators' 31-20 victory over Bethany … He finished with a team-high 12 tackles, one shy of his career-high from last week … Denomme had six solo tackles, six assisted tackles, one tackle for loss, one sack and returned a fumble recovery 64 yards for a touchdown to extend Allegheny's lead to 31-13 early in the fourth quarter.

PAC Special Teams Player of the Week
Ben Pugh • Westminster • Sophomore kicker • Canfield, Ohio/Canfield
Pugh was perfect on his five kicks in the Titans' 31-20 victory at Waynesburg Saturday ... He drilled a career-long 36-yard field goal with 7:19 remaining in the third quarter to give Westminster a 17-10 lead … Pugh also connected on all four of his point-after attempts.

PAC Newcomer of the Week
Daniel Sullivan • Grove City • Freshman wide receiver • Simsbury, Conn./Simsbury   
Sullivan had two catches for 46 yards in Grove City's 21-14 win Saturday night over Carnegie Mellon ... Both receptions were key plays in Wolverine scoring drives, as his 23-yard catch was the initial play on Grove City's first scoring drive of the game in the second quarter ... Sullivan hauled in another 23-yard reception in the third quarter to get Grove City into Carnegie Mellon territory, a drive that resulted in a TD and a 21-0 Wolverine lead.

Allegheny WR Declan O'Brien ranks third all-time at Allegheny in receiving yards with 1,925 yards and needs only 76 more to move into second place ... O'Brien ranks second in the country in receiving yards (614) and receptions per game (10.5) and third in yards per game (153.5).
