GREENVILLE, Pa. (pacathletics.org)--Top-seeded Washington & Jefferson College and No. 2 Grove City College secured spots in Saturday's Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Women's Lacrosse Championship Tournament title game after posting semifinal victories Wednesday night. 

W&J (11-4) earned an 18-6 win over No. 4 Saint Vincent College (10-8) at Alexandre Stadium in Washington. Number two Grove City (14-3) claimed a 12-6 victory over No. 3 Franciscan University (8-6) at Don Lyle Field in Grove City. 

Saturday's title game is scheduled to get underway at 1 p.m. at Alexandre Stadium. 

The winner of the PAC Championship Tournament will receive the conference's automatic-qualifying bid to the Division III Championship. Thirty-two conferences have been granted automatic qualification (Pool A) for this year's championship. The 46-team field for this year’s Division III Championship is scheduled to be announced Monday, May 9. First and second round games are scheduled for Saturday-Sunday, May 14-15.

Junior Sam Casile (New Kensington, Pa. | Plum) finished with four ground balls and three caused turnovers... Sophomore Emily Heck (Reading, Pa. | Berks Catholic) totaled two goals and four ground balls... Sophomore Kaitlyn Brown (Charlotte Hall, Md. | La Plata) made seven saves and added two ground balls and a caused turnover... Sophomore Maggie Edwards (North Huntingdon, Pa. | Norwin) scored a pair of goals for Saint Vincent... Junior Kaylee Bandow (York, Pa. | York Catholic) had one goal, two ground balls and six draw controls... Sophomore Hannah-Marie Starner (Dillsburg, Pa. | Northern York) finished with two ground balls, four draw controls and a caused turnover... In its first varsity season Grove City earned the program's first-ever postseason victory Wednesday... Sophomore Madeline Dunda (Sewickley, Pa. | Quaker Valley) scored a career-high five goals to pace Grove City... She scored three of her goals in the first half... Grove City held a 5-0 halftime lead and led 8-1 after three periods... Franciscan outscored Grove City 5-4 in the fourth period... Senior Brooke Stoltzfus (Elverson, Pa. | Conestoga Christian) and junior Madison Nazigian (Forest, Va. | Jefferson Forest) each had three goals... Stoltzfus added one assist, three ground balls, two draw controls and a caused turnover... Nazigian added four ground balls, five draw controls and a pair of caused turnovers... Freshman Sarah Jackson (Brookfield, Conn. | Brookfield) had five ground balls and three caused turnovers...
