Grove City wins second-straight PAC title

GREENVILLE, Pa. (pacathletics.org)--Top-seeded Grove City College claimed a 19-6 victory over No. 3 Westminster College in the title game of the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Men's Lacrosse Championship Tournament Saturday night at Robert E. Thorn Field in Grove City.

Grove City and Westminster met in the inaugural PAC Championship Tournament title game in 2019. Grove City claimed a 14-3 win and earned its first trip to the NCAA Division III Championship. 

As the winner of the PAC Championship Tournament, Grove City will receive the conference's automatic-qualifying bid to the Division III Championship. Twenty-eight conferences have been granted automatic qualification (Pool A) for this year's championship. The 31-team field for this year’s Division III Championship is scheduled to be announced Sunday, May 9 at 9 p.m. (EDT). First and second round games are scheduled for Saturday-Sunday, May 15-16.
