GREENVILLE, Pa. (pacathletics.org) – The Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) has announced its 2015-16 All-PAC Women's Swimming and Diving teams, with a total of 43 student-athletes recognized for their efforts at this year's PAC Swimming and Diving Championships.

The all-conference swimming and diving teams are determined by a formula-based selection process using student-athletes' individual and relay finishes at the conference's annual championships.

Grove City College led the way with 13 all-conference selections. Saint Vincent College and Westminster College totaled nine honorees each, followed by Washington & Jefferson College with eight and Chatham University with four.

Grove City captured its eighth-straight PAC Championship on February 13. The Wolverines, winners of a conference-best 14 titles, led the six-team league field with 793 points. Saint Vincent and Westminster finished tied for second (663), W&J was fourth (415.50), Chatham was fifth (359) and Bethany was sixth (125).

The conference championships were held in conjunction with Grove City's 26th annual James E. Longnecker Swimming and Diving Invitational and the 10th annual Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Championships. Longnecker Pool has been the home of the league's swimming and diving championships since 1990.

PAC Most Valuable Performer honors went to Grove City senior Megan Bilko (Canonsburg, Pa./Canon-McMillan). Also the PAC's Most Valuable Performer award winner in 2014, she won her third conference title in the 1650 free (B-cut, 17:30.91) and swam on the Wolverines' runner-up 400 free relay (3:34.61). Other members of the relay included junior Molly Gallant (Severna Park, Md./Severna Park), junior Abby Jank (Worthington, Ohio/Thomas Worthington) and junior Megan Smith (Tyler, Texas/Kolbe Academy). Bilko swam on Grove City's winning 800 free relay (7:49.77) and won her second conference title in the 400 IM title (B-cut, 4:28.53). She also she swam to her third conference title in the 500 free (5:01.33).

PAC Diver of the Year honors went to Chatham senior Alexis Rectenwald (Pittsburgh, Pa./Penn Hills). She won the 11-dive, three-meter event (492.40) after claiming the PAC title in the 11-dive, one-meter event (484.35), setting new PAC open, PAC Championship, Longnecker Pool and Longnecker Invitational records in the event. She also won the one-meter title in 2014. Rectenwald qualified for the NCAA Division III Regional Diving Championships in both events.

PAC Swimming Coach of the Year honors went to Grove City eighth-year head coach Dave Fritz for the sixth time since the 2010 season.

Chatham's Charlie Hauser, now in his third season with the Cougars, claimed the PAC Diving Coach of the Year award.

Chatham was voted this year's PAC Team Sportsmanship award winner.
