GREENVILLE, Pa. (pacathletics.org) – The Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) has announced its 2015-16 All-PAC Men's Swimming and Diving teams, with a total of 39 student-athletes recognized for their efforts at this year's PAC Swimming and Diving Championships.

The all-conference swimming and diving teams are determined by a formula-based selection process using student-athletes' individual and relay finishes at the conference's annual swimming and diving championships.

Westminster College led the way with 12 all-conference selections, Washington & Jefferson College with 11, Grove City College with nine, Saint Vincent College with six and Bethany College with one.

Westminster earned its second-straight, and seventh overall, conference title on February 13 at the 2015-16 PAC Swimming & Diving Championships. The Titans also captured league titles in 2003, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2013 and 2015.

The Titans totaled 757 points over the three-day championship event. W&J was second with 550 points, followed by Grove City in third (536), Saint Vincent in fourth (516) and Bethany in fifth (224).

The conference championships were held in conjunction with Grove City's 26th annual James E. Longnecker Swimming and Diving Invitational and the 10th annual Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Championships. Longnecker Pool has been the home of the league's swimming and diving championships since 1990.

Westminster senior Matt Baurle (Jeannette, Pa./Penn Trafford) claimed the PAC's Most Valuable Performer honors, winning a league title in the 200 breast (B-cut, 2:02.18) for the fourth-straight year. He also won his fourth-straight PAC title in the 100 breast (B-cut, 56.06) and swam on the Titans' winning 200 medley relay (1:33.52). His preliminary time in the 200 breast (2:01.57) set school, pool, invitational, PAC open and PAC Championship records, while his effort in the 100 breast final established new school, pool, invitational and PAC open records.

W&J junior Josh Vasko (McKeesport, Pa./Elizabeth Forward) became the first to capture men's Diver of the Year honors at three-straight championship meets (2014-16). He won the 11-dive, one-meter event Saturday (450.35), the first to secure three-straight titles on the one-meter board since Grove City's Joe Riddell swept both events from 2006-08. He also earned the league championship in the 11-dive, three-meter event (396.45). His effort on the one-meter board qualified him for the NCAA Division III Regional Diving Championships.

Westminster's Rob Klamut collected PAC Swimming Coach of the Year honors for the ninth time in his career. Klamut, in his 31st year leading the Titans, announced last September he will step down following the completion of the season to work as the major gifts officer in the College's Institutional Advancement department. He has led the Titans to a combined 11 PAC titles (7 men, 4 women) since joining the league in 2003.

PAC Diving Coach of the Year honors went to W&J's Vic Galati, now in his ninth year with the Presidents. Galati swept the PAC's Diving Coach of the Year awards last season and has combined to win 12 coach of the year citations.

Grove City claimed this year's PAC Team Sportsmanship award.
