Kristin Consuegra is in her fourth year with the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC), serving as the Assistant Commissioner for Governance and Championships. Consuegra began her time with the league office on July 1, 2022.
Consuegra is also the PAC's Senior Woman Administrator (SWA) and serves as the league's primary liaison to its standing SWA Council.
As the PAC assistant commissioner, Consuegra is actively involved in setting the strategic direction and the overall management of the 13-member (12 full-time, one associate), 24-sport conference. She assists the commissioner and associate commissioner in the oversight of the league’s operation and administration, while providing additional leadership and support to the PAC's member institutions. Consuegra leads the PAC's efforts in governance and championships administration, while maintaining additional responsibilities in awards fulfillment, budget development, compliance and scheduling. She also serves as the PAC’s Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) advisor, while supporting conference-wide programming initiatives.
In addition to her role with the PAC, Consuegra is on the NCAA Divisions II and III Women's Volleyball Rules Committee. Her tenure began in October, 2025 and continues through August, 2029 .
Before starting with the PAC, Consuegra worked as the program manager at All-American Fieldhouse, located in Monroeville, where she was responsible for planning and coordinating various camps, clinics and leagues competing in the 170,000-square foot indoor facility. Consuegra played a key role in managing and improving the facility's external client relationships, effectively organizing and executing all tournament rentals.
Prior to her time at All-American Fieldhouse, Consuegra worked as an office and facility manager with the Athlete Recovery Lounge by Sports Performance and Spine in Pittsburgh. She was involved in the day-to-day operations of the wellness lounge, including customer service, employee management, equipment and facility maintenance and scheduling. Consuegra also assisted with budgeting for facilities needs and coordinated the implementation of facility-wide insurance and scheduling systems.
Consuegra spent six years as a youth and young adult minister with the Holy Family Parish in Plum where she developed and executed various catechetical, service and social events for young adults and their families throughout the five parish consolidation. She also served as parish athletic director in 2019-20.
A Saint Vincent College graduate, Consuegra received a bachelor's degree in communication in 2008. She was a four-year starter and three-time all-conference selection with Saint Vincent's women's volleyball program, and continues to hold several program records. Consuegra spent two years as a graduate assistant with the women's volleyball program at Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP), where she earned a master's degree in sport studies in 2009. She spent two years as the head women's volleyball coach at Chatham University (2010-11).
A native of Mount Pleasant and graduate of Geibel Catholic, Consuegra and husband Dan reside in Plum with their children: Tyson, Paxton and Lucy.
