Arminio, a 1997 inductee into the Bethany College Athletic Hall of Fame, was a two-time national qualifier in the javelin. He posted a third-place finish as a sophomore at the PAC Championships in 1984, finishing with a throw of 177-09. In the following two seasons, he earned NCAA Championships qualifying marks. In 1985 he finished with a throw of 207-09, which still stands as the Bethany all-time record. As a senior in 1986, Arminio once again found his way to the national championships, posting a throw of 196-02 at the PAC Championships. |

Ashton, a 1982 inductee into the Bethany College Athletic Hall of Fame, was an anchor member of one of the first great Bison teams. During his tenure, the Bison captured a PAC title (1961) and finished second twice to Wayne State in 1962 and 1963. Ashton was a seven-time PAC champion, which included winning both the 100-yard and the 220-yard title in 1962 and 1963. In 1963, he ran the 100-yard dash in 9.7 seconds, which was, at the time, a conference record. He also competed in the relay events, helping the Bison to conference championships in the 880 relay (1961, 1962) as well as the 440 relay in 1963. |

Baum became the second track and field athlete to be inducted into the John Carroll University Athletic Hall of Fame as a member of the Class of 1999. He was honored twice as the MVP at the PAC Championships and is a four-time letter winner and two-time national qualifier. In his career, Baum won PAC titles in the triple jump (1985) and long jump (1984-85). At the time of his induction, his name remained beside a pair of indoor records and one outdoor record. |

His name remains in the Bethany records books as a member of the 4x400 relay (3:20.64) and held the 4x100 relay record until it was broken in 2014. |

Bell was a two-year letter winner and javelin standout for the Titans, earning All-America accolades twice in his career. As a junior, Bell finished fourth at the NCAA Division III Championships with a throw of 206 feet. That same season, he also became the only javelin All-American and national qualifier in the event in Westminster history. Bell ranked fourth in the country with a school-record 218-1 mark as a senior. His 209-1 toss at the 2012 Division III Championships placed him seventh and earned him his second All-American honor. Bell is the only Titan to accomplish the feat. He also won the event at the PAC Championships in 2012 (217-11). |

|
Blount was a 10-time PAC champion for three PAC championship teams at Western Reserve University. Scoring more points in PAC competition than any other student-athlete in school history, he won three PAC titles in the 220-yard intermediate hurdles, two in the 120-yard high hurdles, two in the long jump, one in the high jump, one in the 100-yard dash and one in the 220-yard dash. During his performance in 1958 he set a PAC record with a mark of 21 feet, 10.25 inches in the long jump. He was inducted into CWRU’s Spartan Club Hall of Fame in 1988. |

In 1993, Bresnan won the high jump at the PAC Championships and was part of the championship 4x400 relay. He also finished second in the 200 and 400 and the javelin. In 1994, Bresnan finished first at the PAC Championships in the 200 and the 400. He qualified for the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championships three times in the decathlon and was an All-American in 1994. |

Carswell finished his outstanding career in 2013 as one of the most successful sprinters in Westminster history. The four-year letter winner was a four-time All-PAC First Team performer. He ran to three-straight conference titles in the 400 (2011-13) and was a member of the Titans’ winning 4X100 relays in 2012 and 2013. He also aided the winning 4X400 relay in 2010. Carswell’s 400 time of 48.84 seconds in 2013 remains a school record, along with his team’s 4X100 time of 42.45, also set in 2013. The Titans won three PAC titles during his tenure. |

In 1987 Cass was crowned PAC MVP and was an NCAA Division III qualifier in the 200-meter dash. He won five individual conference titles and three additional relay titles to help Grove City to team conference crowns in three of his four years. He finished third in the 100-meter dash and fourth in the 400-meter hurdles as a freshman to help Grove City to its first conference title in 1986. He won the 400-meter dash and ran on the winning 4x100-meter and 4x400-meter relays while finishing second in the 200 to help Grove City repeat as conference champions in 1987. Cass won the 100 and the 200 at the 1988 PAC Championships and closed out his career by winning titles in the 100, 200 and 4x100 relay in 1989. Named the 1989 Grove City College Sportsman of the Year, he was a 2008 inductee into the Grove City College Athletic Hall of Fame. |

On the national stage, he was a two-time All-American with a fifth-place performance in the pole vault in 1966 and earned a national title in the discus in 1968. |

Bethany’s first-ever two-time All-American, Cruse qualified for the NCAA Division III National Championships on four separate occasions, including qualifying for both the 110 and the 400 hurdles during the Spring of 2008. He first earned All-American status in the 55 hurdles during the indoor season in 2007, finishing with a time of 7.60. He followed that performance in the Spring of 2008 by earning All-American status in the 110 hurdles by notching a seventh-place mark (14.56). In the prelims of the event, he set the Bethany record, posting a time of 14.49, a school record that still holds today. Along with his Division III Championship honors, Cruse earned All-PAC honors four times and took home the 400 hurdles title as a freshman in 2007 (54.82). |

Edwards was a three-time NCAA Division III All-American, placing sixth in the 100 at the national championships in 1978 and finishing second in the 100 and fourth in the 200 in 1979. Recognized as the finest sprinter in the Hiram’s history, he was a nine-time PAC champion, winning both the 100 and 200 for three-consecutive seasons (1977-79). He also anchored the winning 4x100 relay teams in each of those seasons. Edwards was named the PAC Most Valuable Performer at the 1978 conference championships. His time of 21.8 seconds in the 200, set at the 1979 PAC Championships, stood as the conference meet record for over 30 years. He received the Campbell Award in 1979 as Hiram’s Male Student-Athlete of the Year and was inducted into the William H. Hollinger Athletic Hall of Fame at Hiram in 1993. |

Forter earned a pair of letters (1962-63) with Wayne State men's track and field team. During his two years as a Tartar, Fortner garnered All-America honors twice and was named the PAC champion in three different events. He earned First Team All-America honors both years and was also named to the All-PAC First Team in 1962 and 1963 along with helping Wayne State to PAC team titles both seasons. In 1962, Fortner broke Wayne State’s Tartar Field record in the pole vault with a 14 foot, 6 inch mark. However, 1963 proved to be his best season as he won the PAC championship in the pole vault with a 14-6 mark. He also won the high jump with a 6-5 mark while running the anchor leg of Wayne State's championship mile relay team. Fortner then competed in the prestigious Penn Relays, where he placed second in the 1963 pole vault by bettering his previous career mark to 14-10. In addition, he broke the AAU indoor championship record in the pole vault with a 14-11 mark in 1963. After graduating from Wayne State in 1963 with a bachelor's degree in biology and a minor in physical education, Fortner continued his education at WSU. He received his master's degree in one year in physical education in 1964. He was inducted into the WSU Athletic Hall of Fame in 1999. |

Harding is a former PAC Co-MVP, sharing the honor with teammate Archie White in 1996. In 1996, he won the 800, 1,500 and the 5,000 at the conference championships. He also ran a leg on the second-place 4x400 relay in 1996. In 1998, Harding won the 1,500. He holds three Thiel records, including the 800 and 1,500 and the 3,000 steeplechase. Harding was inducted into the Thiel College Athletics Hall of Fame in 2010. |

Thirty-five years after graduating, Hartz remains the premier hurdler in Allegheny program history. He earned a total of seven PAC individual titles, as he won the 400 intermediate hurdle championship in each of his four years, while also taking the 110 hurdles championship in 1977, 1978 and 1979. Named the PAC MVP in both 1978 and 1979, he was a two-time All-American, finishing fifth in the 110 hurdles at the 1978 Division III National Championship before taking third a year later in the 400 hurdles. He still owns the Allegheny school record in both events, with a time of 14.64 seconds in the 110 hurdles in 1978 and 52.34 in the 400 hurdles in 1979. Hartz was inducted into the Allegheny Hall of Fame in 1992. |

Hawkins was the Yellow Jackets’ first male NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field national qualifier since Waynesburg reinstated varsity track and field in 2005. He qualified for the 2006 national championships in the 200-meter dash. Hawkins won PAC titles that same year in both the 100-meter dash and 4x100-meter relay, while also finishing second in the 200. Prior to his work on the track, Hawkins was a four-year standout with the Yellow Jacket football team and is regarded as one of the greatest wide receivers in school history. |

Also a member of the PAC’s 60th Anniversary Cross Country team, Held remains one of the top mid-distance runners in Allegheny track and field history. He is an eight-time PAC champion, sweeping both the 800 and 1,500 in each of his four years. In 1982, he set a still-standing PAC record in the 1,500 with a winning time of 3:55.00, while the next season, he broke a conference mark in the 800 with a time of 1:55.20. Held was a two-time All-American in the 1,500, as he took second at the 1982 Division III National Championships and finished seventh in 1983. He was also the first Allegheny track and field athlete to earn Academic All-America Honors, doing so following his 1983 senior campaign. |

Herrick, one of Grove City’s first conference champions, won three individual titles and a relay title during his time with the Wolverines. He finished second in the 800 meters in Grove City’s first PAC Championships appearance as a sophomore before winning the 1500 meters and finishing second in the 800 to help Grove City to its first PAC title in 1986. Herrick repeated as conference champion in the 1500 and also added titles in the 800 and the 4x400-meter relay to lead Grove City to its second-straight conference crown in 1987. He still holds Grove City’s school record in the 800 (1:55.61) and also held the 1500 record until 2009. The 1987 Grove City College Sportsman of the Year, Herrick was a 2015 inductee into the Grove City College Athletic Hall of Fame. |

Jones was a two-sport athlete at John Carroll, participating as a member of the football and track and field squads. He was the PAC MVP in 1976 and 1977, helping John Carroll to a conference title in 1977 with 113 points. Jones earned the best time in the 100-yard dash (10.0), the 220-yard dash (22.4) and recorded the top mark in the long jump (20-6) during the 1976 championships. During the 1977 season, he posted a PAC best in the triple jump (44-9.5) and again in the long jump (22-8). When inducted into the John Carroll University Athletic Hall of Fame in 1987, Jones held five school records, and today he still holds the school record in the triple jump (45-2.5), which was recorded during the 1977 season. |

McElhaney was a two-time PAC Field MVP (1985, 1986) and five-time NCAA Division III All-American. He won six individual conference titles in the throws in 1985 and 1986, Grove City’s first two seasons in the league. He won titles in the discus, javelin and shot put in 1985 and went on to earn NCAA All-America honors in both javelin and shot put. McElhaney repeated as conference champion in all three events in 1986 and earned three All-America citations after finishing as national runner-up in the discus, fifth in the javelin and 10th in the shot put at the 1986 Division III Championships. He played a key role in helping the Wolverines earn their first PAC team title in 1986. His winning mark of 53-06.25 in the shot put at the 1986 PAC Championships still stands as the PAC Outdoor Championship meet record. McElhaney owns College records in both the shot put and the javelin while his discus record stood for 24 years. He was a 2008 inductee into the Grove City College Athletic Hall of Fame. |

Miller was a five-time letter winner for John Carroll, with four of those letters coming in track and field. He was John Carroll’s first national champion in track and field, winning the NCAA Division III high jump title at the 1987 NCAA Indoor Championships. Miller was awarded All-PAC 10 times, was a conference champion five times and held three school records upon his graduation. He holds the all-time John Carroll record in the high jump with a top mark of 6-11, set during the 1987 season. He is a 1997 inductee in the JCU Athletic Hall of Fame. |

Moore earned 2004 and 2005 PAC MVP honors and was a 14-time All-PAC honoree. He scored 36.5 points for Thiel at the 2005 PAC Championships, winning the 110-meter hurdles and competing as a member of the Tomcats’ championship 4x400-meter relay team. He also finished second in the 400, long jump and triple jump. In 2004, he won the 110-meter hurdles, the triple jump and was part of the conference championship 4x400-meter relay team. Morgan competed as a member of both the track and field and football squads (1996-1999), lettering in all four of his four seasons with each program. He captained the track and field squad in 1997, 1998 and 1999 and was a member of both the 1996 and 1998 PAC Championship teams, competing in the 110-meter and 400-meter hurdles as well as the 1,600-meter relay. He was the first Thiel athlete to win individual conference championships in the 110 hurdles in three-straight years (1996-1998). Morgan provisionally qualified for the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field National Championships in the 400 hurdles in 1996 and earned three all-PAC First Team selections. |

Niehaus was a seven-time PAC champion, winning the 400-meter dash title four years in a row from 1974 to 1977, and was undefeated in conference dual meet competition in that event. He also anchored three conference championship 4x400-meter relay teams during those years. An all-around athlete, Niehaus was also an All-PAC performer in both cross country and basketball, and ended his Hiram career with 12 varsity letters. He received the Campbell Award in 1977 as Hiram’s Male Student-Athlete of the Year, and upon graduation he was awarded a prestigious NCAA Postgraduate Scholarship to further his education. Niehaus was inducted into the William H. Hollinger Athletic Hall of Fame at Hiram in 1992. |

He won the high jump and finished second in the 110 hurdles in 1995 and finished second in both events in 1996. Phibbs helped the Wolverines win conference team titles in both 1994 and 1995. |

He was also a two-time PAC champion in the 1,500 (2013-14). As a senior he finished second at the PAC Championships in the 800. He left SVC as the school’s record holder in the 1,500. |

Rogerson, a 2005 inductee into the Bethany College Athletic Hall of Fame, was a two-time PAC MVP, winning league accolades in 1990 and 1993. He won seven PAC titles during his tenure, capturing first place in the 110 hurdles in 1990, 1991 and 1993 while crossing first in the 400 hurdles from 1991-93. He also earned Second Team All-PAC honors three times and set the school record in the 200, a mark that stood for 14 years until it was broken in the Spring of 2006. |

He also ran on PAC-winning 4x100 relays in 1992 and 1993. A two-time national qualifier, Ross earned All-America honors at the 1995 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the long jump with his sixth-place finish (23-04.50). |

He was a three-year letter winner for the Titans. |

Scheid was instrumental in helping John Carroll win its first PAC track and field title in 1969, as the Blue Streaks edged Case Tech by just three points. Over the course of his four years, Scheid earned All-PAC honors a total of 11 times, winning five league titles. On an individual level, he won the 100-yard dash in 1969 and the 220-yard dash in both 1969 and 1970. He was also a member of the PAC champion 440-yard relays in both 1969 and 1972. In Scheid's four years as a letter winner, the JCU track and field program won one PAC title and finished as conference runner-up twice. He graduated from JCU as a school outdoor record holder in the 100- and 220-yard dash and as a member of the 440-yard relay. |

Schreiber finished third in the 400 meters as a freshman, and as a sophomore in 2001, won the 400 and the 400-meter hurdles while taking second in the high jump. He earned conference MVP honors in 2002 after winning the 400 and 400 hurdles and taking second in the high jump, third in the triple jump and fourth in the 110-meter hurdles. He won his third straight 400 hurdles title in 2003 while taking fourth in the high jump and 110 hurdles, fifth in the triple jump and sixth in the 400. |

Sukits won conference titles in the high jump and triple jump as a junior while finishing third in the long jump. He saved his best for last, sweeping all three jumping crowns as a senior in 2002. |

Tanchon was a four-time PAC champion and eight-time All-PAC performer for four PAC championship teams. He won a pair of individual PAC titles in the mile run as well as one in the 880-yard run. Tanchon scored 72 career points in PAC championship competition and held school records in the mile and three-mile runs. Tanchon was inducted into the Spartan Club Hall of Fame in 1995. |

Telford was a four-year letter winner in track and field from 1954-57. His top achievement was being ranked fourth in the World during the 1957 season. Telford set the Wayne State 440-yard record with a time of 46.8 seconds, becoming the first Michigan runner to eclipse the 47 second mark. He was also a co-captain of the 1957 PAC Championship squad and was also a key contributor on the 1956 PAC Championship team. He finished second in the 440-yard dash at both the NCAA Championship meet as well as the AAU National Championships. In the NCAA meet, both Telford and Bob McMurray of Morgan State finished in 46.80 with a photo finish used to determine the champion. He was inducted into the WSU Athletic Hall of Fame in 1978. A 1958 Wayne State graduate with a bachelor's degree in English, he later earned a master's degree from WSU in 1961 and a doctorate degree in 1968. |
