Jeannie Annan, a three-time All-PAC honoree, was named the PAC MVP in 1995. She was also selected as the 1992 PAC Freshman of the Year. Annan was voted the ECAC Tournament MVP in both 1994 and 1995 after helping the Wolverines to the ECAC title. She graduated as the program leader with 3,549 assists and set the program record with 1,267 assists in the 1995 season. She helped Grove City to three PAC titles (1992, 1993, 1995). |

Carrie Banaszak Dunbar arrived at W&J in 1997 and immediately helped the school to its most successful two-year volleyball stretch in school history, leading the Presidents to a pair of PAC and ECAC Division III South Championships. The team posted a 55-10 record during her years on campus, including a perfect 14-0 mark in the conference. W&J claimed the 1997 ECAC Division III Championship, the program’s first postseason title. The 1998 ECAC Tournament’s Most Valuable Player, she led W&J to an undefeated home record and the most victories in school history during their 1998 championship season. Also in 1998, Dunbar became the fourth female in W&J history to earn CoSIDA Academic All-America accolades. She earned 1997 PAC Player of the Year honors and finished her W&J career with 613 kills (.439 hitting percentage) and 180 blocks. She was also a first team All-PAC pick in 1998. |

Kelly Barzak was a four-time All-PAC selection, being named to the All-PAC first team three times. She is Thiel’s all-time career leader in blocks (449) and kills (1,292). She was named to the Capital One Academic All-America third team in 2012 and was a four-time member of the PAC Fall Academic Honor Roll. Barzak is now the head coach of the Tomcat women’s volleyball team after spending one season as assistant coach at Muskingum. |

Katie Beall is one of the top setters of Waynesburg’s time in the PAC. She was named the PAC Player of the Year in 2004, which saw the Jackets win the second of their back-to-back conference crowns. Over her four years in orange and black, Beall racked up 5,440 assists, which puts her in first place on the all-time career list as of 1998 by 1,308 helpers. Her 11.45 assists per set mark is more than 2.0 better than the next entry in that particular statistical category for the program. Beall was also effective behind the service line, where she piled up 182 aces, good second place in Jacket history. The Fairview, Pa. native was also a two-time All-PAC pick. |

Barb Beck was named the first Presidents’ Athletic Conference volleyball MVP following the 1985 season. She co-captained Grove City’s 1985 team that went 41-0 and won the first PAC volleyball crown. The 1985 team finished the regular season ranked number one nationally in NCAA Division III. Beck was named and AVCA All-American following senior season. She helped Grove City to 145-26 overall record during career. |

Deanna Briody was named the PAC Player of the Year in 2011 after leading Geneva to it’s first-ever PAC Championship. Earning All-PAC first team selections in 2011 and 2013, she was also an All-PAC second team selection in 2012 and earned PAC Coaches Honors (All-PAC equivalent for NCAA Division III provisional members) in 2010. She was also recognized by the NCCAA on its All-East Region first team following the 2013 season. Briody was honored with Geneva’s Athletic Director Student-Award following both her junior and senior years. She holds Geneva’s all-time assist record (4,424), all-time assists per set record (10.77) and totaled 1,447 digs during her career. |

A three-year starter for the Bison, Taylor Cassidy was a two-time All-PAC performer. During her junior campaign, Cassidy was named an honorable mention All-PAC selection, and was also selected as the ECAC South Tournament’s Most Outstanding Player. Cassidy followed with a senior year for the record books, notching All-PAC first team honors and being named a CoSIDA/Capital One Academic All-District selection. Her 495 kills during the 2012 campaign broke the all-time single-season record in Bethany history. She became just the fifth Bison to record 1,000 career kills and finished her career ranked second on the all-time career list with 1,243. |

Stephanie Crawford helped lead the W&J women’s volleyball program to four postseason appearances and three PAC Championships during her career. The 1995 PAC Freshman of the Year helped the Presidents amass a 110-26 record in four seasons. She was named to the All-PAC squad in all four years as a President and helped her teams capture two ECAC Tournament Championships. In 1997, Crawford was honored as the ECAC Tournament Most Valuable Player. Crawford, most noted for her serving ability, led the nation in service aces in 1995 and 1996. She accumulated 150 service aces (1.70 per game) in 1995 and then posted 159 (1.56 per game) the following year. Prior to the NCAA changing its scoring format in 2001, Crawford had the top two service aces scoring average in NCAA Division III history. She still ranks in the top five in NCAA history for career service aces. |

Marta Cutarelli helped bring upon a great era for volleyball at John Carroll. Cutarelli was instrumental in helping John Carroll finish with a 30-6 record and a PAC championship in 1988 in what was her senior season. At the conclusion of that year, she was voted the PAC's Most Valuable Player after leading the team and league in kills per game. Throughout her career, Cutarelli led the team in kills three times, service aces three times, digs twice and attack percentage once, proving her skill and versatility on the court. With 1,005 kills, she was the first player to reach that milestone in John Carroll history and also graduated as the all-time leader in career service aces. Her leadership was also evident as she was a three-time All-PAC selection and team captain as both a junior and a senior. Cutarelli was inducted into the JCU Athletic Hall of Fame in 2003. |

In the 121-year history of Geneva College no one has experienced more winning than Ashley Davis. She has been a significant contributor in each of those wins – 99 in women’s volleyball and 103 in softball – as she has been named to the All-PAC teams in both. She was named Geneva’s first-ever Sports Imports/AVCA Division III Women’s Volleball Player of the Week in 2013, while also garnering All-PAC first team honors. Also in 2013, Davis earned CoSIDA/Capital One Academic All-District first team honors. She was an All-PAC second team pick in 2012 and contributed in Geneva’s first-ever PAC Championship in 2011. Davis finished her career with 1,162 kills and helped the Golden Tornadoes put together a 99-37 overall record for a winning percentage of .723. |

Denniston helped Grove City to PAC titles in 2000 and 2001. The Wolverines reached the ECAC semifinals in 2000 and claimed the ECAC Tournament title in 2001. |

Vicki Hill helped usher in PAC women’s volleyball at Bethany, competing in the PAC’s first season in 1985. Hill went on to earn three All-PAC honors, including first team laurels in 1986 and 1987. From her senior year in 1987 until Taylor Cassidy broke it in 2012, Hill held the single-season Bison record in kills, putting together a total of 486. She is just one of three players to record 450 kills in a single season. Along with her single-season accolades, Hill was the first Bison to reach 1,000 career kills and currently ranks fifth all-time with 1,087. |

Kaci Hlad was perhaps the top all-around performer on both of Waynesburg’s back-to-back PAC title teams in 2003 and 2004. She was a two-time first team All-PAC selection and is featured prominently in the school’s record books that reach back to 1998. Hlad ranks second in total kills (1,252), second in total attack attempts (3,300), third in total blocks (234) and second in total points (1,532). Hlad was also a multi-year competitor in track and field and went on to become an assistant under head coach Stephanie Benkowski. |

A defensive mainstay for four years, Hoffman was a three-time All-PAC performer, including earning first team honors as a senior in 2012. Along with those accolades, Hoffman also earned CoSIDA/Capital One first team Academic All-District honors as a senior. Hoffman's top season came in 2011 when she posted 695 total digs. She currently ranks second all-time on the Bethany career list in digs with 2,313. |

Natalie Hozak was named a PAC Coaches Honor awardee in 2007 after finishing second in the conference in digs. She missed the entire 2008 season due to injury, but came back in 2009 to again earn PAC Coaches Honors, finishing among the top five in the conference in both digs and kills per set. In 2010, she was named an All-PAC first team selection, leading the conference in aces, and broke the school’s single season record for digs (667). Hozak returned to the All-PAC first team in 2011, finishing second in the conference in digs per set (5.47) while recording 23 double-doubles (kills and digs). She now works in athletic administration at Duquesne University after serving a two-year stint with the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) in their championships office. |

A four-year starter and letterwinner for the Blue Streak volleyball team, Maureen Lennon earned team MVP honors as a sophomore, junior, and senior. She was a first team choice on the inaugural All-PAC volleyball squad in 1985. She earned second team All-Ohio Division III honors her senior season and graduated as the school record holder for most career kills (956) and assists (492). Lennon also played one season for the women's basketball team (1983-84) where she led the basketball team in scoring and was named the squad's MVP. In 1996, Lennon was inducted into the JCU Athletic Hall of Fame. |

Laurie Lindner was named the PAC Player of the year following the conclusion of her senior season (2008). It also marked the second-straight season that Lindner was honored as a first-team All-PAC pick and a fourth-straight year that she was lauded as an all-conference honoree. She was given the nod as a second teamer following her freshman and sophomore campaigns. The 5-7 outside hitter was also selected as the PAC's Freshman of the Year in 2005. Since 1998, Lindner leads the Waynesburg women’s volleyball program in total kills (1,537), points (1,732) and total attempts (4,154), ranks second in kills per set (3.60) and third in digs (1,432). Lindner went on to spend two years as an assistant coach with the Jackets (2009, 2010). |

Brianne Mallozzi was one of the most productive players during the Yellow Jackets’ time in the PAC. Her efforts on the court allowed Mallozzi to earn four appointments to the All-PAC teams, including a pair of first team selections. She was also honored as the PAC Freshman of the Year in 1998. |

Joan Maurizi was the defensive catalyst for the strong John Carroll volleyball teams of the late 1980’s. In the Blue Streaks’ final season in the PAC, Maurizi was selected to the all-league second team in 1988. Graduating as the program’s all-time leader in digs with 1,442, Maurizi was also among the program’s top five players in games played (352), kills (681) and service aces (207). During her four years as a starter – the final two serving as a team captain – Maurizi and the Blue Streaks were 87-56 overall, including 25-9 in PAC matches from 1986-88. |

She was also named to the All-PAC first team in women’s basketball. |

Mary Ann Montagne was a four-year starter and letterwinner for the John Carroll volleyball team. Earning All-PAC first team accolades in both 1987 and 1988, as well as All-OAC second team honors in 1989, Montagne was a vital player for the Blue Streaks. She was the career leader in both assists and service aces at the time of graduation. Montagne helped the Blue streaks capture the PAC title in 1988 with a 12-0 league record in a season in which the Blue Streaks posted a 30-6 overall record and set a then-program record for victories in a single season. The team also had the longest winning streak of any team at JCU (20 matches in a row) at that time. Montagne was inducted into the JCU Athletic Hall of Fame in 2010. |

She finished second in the conference in kills twice, averaging better than 3.0 per game. |

A 2013 inductee into the Bethany Hall of Fame, Robin Pietryk was a four-year letter winner with the Bison women’s volleyball program. During her tenure with the Green & White, Pietryk was a two-time All-PAC honoree. She earned second team honors as a junior in 1988 and followed that with first team honors in 1989. Pietryk remains one of the top defensive players in Bethany history, holding the career mark in digs with 2,516, a record which has now stood for 26 years. She also holds the top two single-season marks with 941 digs in 1987 and 919 in 1988. She also stands ninth all-time on Bethany’s career list in kills with 888. |

Sue Shadle was the first female two-time All-American in Grove City history. A second team AVCA All-American in 1985, Shadle earned first Team All-America honors and was named the PAC MVP in 1986. She was also selected as a first team All-PAC selection in both 1985 and 1986. She helped Grove City to two PAC titles and three NCAA Tournament invitations. A two-time All-Region selection, Shadle graduated as Grove City’s all-time leader in blocks. |

A three-time first team All-PAC selection, Kelly Sitko was a mainstay in the middle of the Bison offense in the late 1990’s. Sitko earned first team honors following her sophomore, junior and senior seasons, all of which culminated in the Bison capturing third-place finishes in the PAC Championship Tournaments. Her top season came in 1998 when, as a junior, she collected 389 kills. Sitko finished her playing career with 1,197 kills, which at the time ranked first on Bethany's career list. That mark still stands as the third best offensive output in Bison history. |

Liz Sparks earned PAC MVP honors in 1998. A three-time All-PAC selection, she was named to the first team in 1996 and 1998 and was a second team selection in 1995. Sparks set Grove City’s career kills record with 1,303 and is second all-time with 557 blocks and held single-match records with 28 kills and 18 blocks. Sparks helped Grove City to PAC and ECAC South titles in 1995. |

Lauren Spegal was a figure of offensive consistency between 2004-07. A four-time All-PAC performer, which includes being voted the PAC’s Freshman of the Year in 2004, Spegal earned second team All-PAC honors following each season with the Bison. Spegal's top season came in 2007, when she accumulated 393 kills, which at the time was the second-highest output in Bison history. Spegal finished her career ranked first in Bison history and sixth all-time in the PAC in total kills with 1,289. |

Katie Spehar was named first team All-PAC and PAC Player of the Year as the Titans claimed the 2002 PAC Championship. Spehar ranks third in school history in career blocks (559). She is also third in school history and ninth in the PAC with a .296 career hitting percentage (with a minimum of 1,000 attempts). A member of the Titan Sports Hall of Fame, Spehar currently works as a child and adolescent mental health counselor. |

As a senior she led the team in assists with 1,028, while she also totaled 274 digs, 77 kills, and three blocks. |

Linda Smylie (Wiercisiewski) was an outstanding two-sport student-athlete for W&J from 1982-1986. She was considered by many as one of the most versatile student-athletes to play for the Presidents during the decade. She earned eight letters during her career, four each in volleyball and basketball, and played outside hitter for the Presidents’ volleyball program. In volleyball, Smylie was a four-time, first-team all-conference selection and a four-time most valuable player. During her senior volleyball season, Smylie helped W&J finish with a 19-11 overall mark, averaging 9.8 kills and 8.9 blocks per match. |

Kelley (Wiltz) Williams helped W&J claim its first-ever PAC Championship in 1994. Following that season, she was selected as the PAC’s Most Valuable Player. A three-time All-PAC selection and a two-time team MVP, Williams guided the Presidents to a pair of conference titles and three ECAC Division III Tournament appearances. After helping W&J notch a 21-11 record in 1993, Williams was named an All-PAC honorable mention. She had a dynamic year as a sophomore, winning the league’s Player of the Year award and earning first team All-PAC laurels. W&J won the school’s first PAC title and set the school record for most victories (27). Williams was once again a first team All-PAC choice in 1995 as W&J reached 27 wins once again. As a senior, she helped bring back the PAC Championship to W&J and helped the Presidents advance to the ECAC Championship Tournament. During her four years, W&J notched an overall record of 103-39, including a 29-4 mark in conference play. |

A four-year starter, Jessica Zavatchen was part of a renaissance for Bethany volleyball, as the team had gone sub-.500 for seven consecutive seasons until the class of 2009 arrived on the scene. Zavatchen helped the Bison post a 16-15 record in 2009, and the team then increased the win numbers to 24 in 2010 and 31 in 2011 and 2012. Zavatchen was a four-time All-PAC performer and was twice named a first team Academic All-American. She finished her career ranked first in the Bison record book and second in PAC history in total assists (5,251). Her top three assist seasons (1,468 in 2011, 1,402 in 2012, and 1,392 in 2010) rank as the top three single-season performances in Bethany history. |
